is tessa f1 or f2 better for solo's? Also how important are glyphs I just use the auto allocate button but should I not be doing that?
Tessa
Solos/Duos: F1V1
Trios: F1V1 or F2V1
Pretty important as they can enhance your game and combat experience
Tarka Ji
Solos: F1V1 or F2V1
Duos/Trios: F1V2 or F2V2
@undone fern @turbid saddle Check pins for more info
ok thank you

Thank you! but what about the glyph?
Pins

you need to get all three pieces then you click โuseโ on the item. You need 3 different pieces of the same weapon to craft the weapon
use it the same way you activate a telluric crystal
hello
What is the better build for xunhuan li for solos? Also what are some good glpyhs for him. He is newer so I can't find either of these in the pins of this channel.

which option for ult and ability is better for zenda wu
Depends on the mode. Her combo breaker is always good but in team modes the other f is a good option too. I use v1 for trios and v2 for solos and duos
What are Viper's best skills currently
I like the F blast thingy, helps knocking/takedown people when they're on very low HP.
Been a Viper main since start, and will continue forever.
Viper Supremacy
Any tips for Tessa?
Fr
Nah man, never played.
I have this glyph plan for her:
I'll explain in a hot minute
So, Tessa's main role is CC, that much is clear, but since she can ulti at 60% rage, she can be more aggressive, deadlier and more disruptive than other CC characters.
I decided to sacrifice every other bonus in favor of rage (ulti charge) gain with her, so that I can cast her ulti as often as I can. Since her Enchant ends after enemies take a hit, as opposed to Viper's stun, the most effective method, I think, is that you S P A M her ulti as often as possible (when the ulti hits an enemy, it also staggers them like a grey attack hit, so it's nice, too)
With this glyph plan, if I go in with 100% ulti to a trio fight, start with the ulti, go down to 40% charge, attack/get hit, generate rage, pick up a Soulbloom, get +10%, by then I'm at around at least 55-60%, can ulti again. Then, b/c I parried/picked up a bloom/killed, I also regenerate about 0.75% rage (educated guess) per sec for 15 secs, on top of the bonus boost to getting rage when attacking/being attacked/killing. Then I'm down to 0% or so, because of my second ulti, but regular fighting pushes it up to 20-30% really fast, so if the battle isn't over in ~10-15 seconds, I can ulti a third time as well, all this within at best 20 seconds
Since her CC ulti is kind of weak, the more you can cast it, the better
With the bonus after parry/kill/soulbloom, a parry and counterattack restored a whopping 21% rage for me, went from 22% to 43% in literally 2 seconds
Sure you won't get the luck or discount bonus,. but who cares if you can spam your ulti so many times? I could have sacrificed grappling bonuses for 40% starting rage, but honestly I don't feel like it's worth that much, since that bonus is only ever significant at the very start, so I decided to put the 2 remaining points into it for 20% starting rage, because there weren't any better options, but that's it
@remote gale I hope this has helped you understand her better ๐
I also use the tail strike F, not the Tap or whatever (the knockback one, not the AOE damage one), and, of course, the enchant CC ulti, not the damaging one
One downside to this is that since you don't have skill cooldown reduction b/c of rage gain, your skill is fixed at the original whopping 27 seconds cooldown, so you can maybe cast it 1x per battle, so be careful and mindful of when you cast is (save it for when it could save your life, rather than using it as a combo extender)
but this setup has worked for me really well in trios, carried me from Empyrean to Asura, provided I had competent teammates (started maining Tessa at around Empyrean I, but I confidently say that this setup for trios will work from Bronze V to at least Asura)
there is no bad or good time for her ulti, unlike Ning's (so don't worry whether you cast it at the beginning, in the middle of, or near the end of a fight), since you WILL be able to cast it at LEAST 2x like this
your one and only role is to beat that ulti key 24/7 like it owed you money ๐คฃ
Sorry for the wall of text but I wanted to add all details ๐ข ^^"
I mean I did manage to eliminate a complete enemy team as the only one surviving member of mine in Astral I just yesterday because of the insane amount of stun I dished out
granted, they had no ulti left and about 50-60% armor, but it still was a frigging 1v3
40% initial rage is standard on tessa, its not worth going lower
f2 is meta and already was the best skill before everyone started playing it in akos comp
rather than spamming tessa ult, you should cast it when at least 1 opponent is animation locked or staggered and you have lineup to hit at least 1 more
good players will not fight seriously but only watch tessa always ready to dodge until she shoots her ult
that's why you have to make sure to get at least 1 guaranteed hit, even if it means ulting a few seconds later
you can skill less grappling distance for more initial rage
and I'd rather have CD than rage over time
f2 is about as strong as her ult
Just make sure to only hit targets that already used their combo breaker
Waaait, F2? ๐ฎ I never knew it's useful... 1 sec or something CC/pull and moderate damage at best; how is it used then?
watch these #๐โcharacter-guides message
Yeah, I'm thinking the same, too, just forgot to add. "spam", as in, whenever there is at least 1 guaranteed hit, sorry for unclear wording.
Thank you, will do so later
Is it that important? ๐ฎ I mean if you don't spawn directly into a spawn fight, by the time you face enemies, usually you have your ulti ready and/or within the first 2 hits traded
at least that is my own personal experience so far
it's the difference between winning and losing hotdrop in high skill environment
almost all trio players run it on almost all characters
on tessa it is even more important than other characters
that's true, no questions there ๐
thank you for the corrections and tips, though! ^^
@left river you the goat hope your pillow is cold tonite frfr
full disclaimer that I'm not an expert player, nor do I play Tessa higher than at Asura 0 star currently, so obviously players like Fix Our Timeline's advices are way better, but in my experience, up to this pouint, it has worked well for me
That's fine. I'll take both advices to heart
@chrome cliff what's the main difference between f1 and f2 and v1 and v2
Also I just noticed they reduced the amount of character skills ๐ญ
Haven't played in about a year so im rusty
and reworked Yoto ๐
one of her ultis now isn't a floating ulti but she gets a Greatsword as a weapon like Zai does her chains and you run around hitting everyone with a BIG BOOM STICK for 25 seconds LEL
You can answer too @left river ion mind
F1 close range 360ยฐ tail strike which knocks back enemies, can be used under attack, basically a get out of trouble free card with very limited range
F2 places a trap on the ground which has a small circular area, where if enemies enter, it triggers, dealing damage and pulling them closer like a black hole, bit for a short time
V1 is a cone-shaped ulti, like Lyam's, if you hit enemies with it, as the description says, places a ball at your potision, enemies who don't touch it (interact) for 1.5 secs will be stunned
V2 you jump in the air, smash down, create a ball which hits enemies in a wide area, same rule as V1, but instead of a stun, you deal damage at the end and heal yourself
F1 also gives you a buff where if you would get staggered within 5 seconds of casting it, you trigger an effect same as the Explosive Armor souljade
Welp time to relearn this whole shtick
She is MUCH easier than my short novel here makes her out to be ๐๐๐๐
Tbh i used to Main Viper and Valda but trying out sumn new
I also main Valda in duos ๐ฅฐโค๏ธ

Lezzz goooo
I heard they nerfed Viper into oblivion
๐
umm, no...??? not to my knowledge?
Ahhhh alrighty
Cyra got nerfed to the ground xD
Never played her ๐ญ how bad is it
a
She was broken OP on releasey now IMHO they nerfed her so much she's borderline useless
But I rarely play her, Cyra main people, please correct me if I'm wrong
Her heals are half as effective as Kurumi's or Ziping's, her laser damage is OK but nothing to write home about (better off with a DPS hero then), her dazzle IS strong, but for CC, Tessa, Ning, or even Shayol (if you count her shield and counterattacks as CC) is much better
๐๐๐
Don't get me wrong, on release, she was brokenly OP, so the nerfs were welcome, but now with all the nerfs she got, you have to be a godlike player and play 25-26 hours a day (yes, sarcasm xD) with her to have some serious use other than to be an annoyance
Or at least that's my experience

Ive met only one Cyra player out in the wild and she got blitz so hard it is not even funny
But how are the newer legends compared to the oldies
I have no clue ๐
Her V1 ulti is still good in solo ranked
18 sec, huge range, OK damage and stagger
If she ultis in your face in solo, GL escaping her AND EVEN MORE GL surviving her IMMA FIRIN MAH LAAAZZZAAAAHHHHHHH for almost half a minute
But that's solo ๐
I faced one Cyra in solo ranked once
She mopped the floor with me like that
๐
Also, a question to veterans, because I'm as clueless as if I was looking for a grey donkey in the fog, maybe @chrome cliff or @signal ibex, any tips for me how to play against a Valda+Shayol combo in duos? Because for the life of me I cannot figure out a working strategy
Sure, as a Valda main, I can ulti and kinda keep one at bay for some time, but that's barely a "strat*, and even if I hit my F and 3 water spears, they only add up to about 10 secs of CC, and both their ultis last 22-25
I can count on one hand how often we were able to beat that duo, and since it's kinda meta now in ranked, we face off against them at least once every 2 matches
"run away" barely works with the utter hyperaggression of players in Formless rank
in duos valda should not hit many spears tbh
you can dodge all spears
shayol is a bit harder to dodge because you have to do it on prediction
depends on how good shayol is
i'd say just scalerush until their ults are out
use Fs and Vs as needed
shayol valda doesn't have good offense
it's basically ult for HP and some mild stagger
comparable to fighting a kurumi, ziping or cyra
@left river was it ranked?
I know but for some reason I cannot do it consistently, lol. Shayol's counters, I can dodge like 60-70% of the time, but Valda spears are a different beast for me
Also the issue is that since they have protection/CC, they usually rush us so hard that either 1 or the other stagger-locks us with grey attacks (or maybe Shayol does her shield bash rush), giving the other time to use a skill for CC and we are toast
Yea, otherwise I wouldn't have any issues ๐
Thank you for the tips! Full disclaimer it's the first time in my life that I reached this high rank, so I'm well and truly aware that my skills as a player are lacking as of now for the rank, and I am learning a ton every day, just like I did when I first got to Solar/Empyrean (IMHO 2 big skill gap jumps), that's why I'm asking here if there's anything I should keep in mind
The issue is (for me) that even a mild stagger is basically a guaranteed instadeath at this rank (Formless Dragon) due to the others' skills and aggression ๐ It's the same for our side as well, usually if 1 of my spears hit an enemy, or if my partner is a CC as well and theirs do, we kill the enemy if they don't have a fleeing skill like Lannie, Feria, etc. which can be used while CCd
Sorry for the late reply, it was 2 AM when I asked this, then I went to sleep XD
valda is easier to dodge than shayol
lmao for me it's the other way around, I'm not joking with you XD
one can be dodged on reaction, the other only on prediction
you're struggling more with the one you can dodge on reaction
it makes no sense
I know but it's still true XD Even in Solos, when I was up against a Shayol in her ulti, I triggered her blocks and dodged at least 2 out of 3 consistently instead of waiting it out, LOL
you are probably dodging all on prediction even though you should dodge valda on reaction
there fixed your skill issue
fix timeline next pls
Thank you, will try that consciously next time I face off against a Valda! โค๏ธ
Never thought about it that way tbh lol
it's a common mistake to play on prediction against things that should be reacted against
prime example is heng focus LMB
you can dodge it on reaction, but if you try to dodge it on prediction, it will chase your dodge and hit you
there are many things like that in the game
Yeah, or even the RMB after charged LMB. It literally catches enemies 90% of the time if they didn't parry the first charge, lol
True, in any game with such combat. I guess my skill issue is that Valda's spears come out waaay faster than comfortable for me. I mean, I can semi-reliably dodge Inor's ulti attacks, but they at least have ample wind-up/telegraph of about half a second or so, with sound cues and are easier to see when they would come out because of Inor's big body's movement
You will get better at dodging them over time
Just tap dodge to the side for the longest dodge, and don't input any attack during your dodge animation so it isn't cut short
Thanks for the encouragement! ๐๐ฅฐ
valda's spears don't come out fast at all actually
shayol is practically instant and not reactable at close range
for valda, you can hold blue up to the point where she throws it, and react to the throwing itself
don't react to her threatening the throw, but the actual throw itself (most valdas will hold their spear for a bit)
Thank you both for the useful and helpful advice! ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐๐
So, in essence, I should treat Valda's spear throws as I would the parry bait blue focus charges where people either release it just before the 1sec mark or dodge and attack with a grey attack, right?
As in, react to the opposite of what one would expect
Any Akos player here who can help
Ive been playing him a bit more
But when i try and cancel his ult by holding C
V*
He always does atleast one of the tiger grab attacks before i can cancel it which wasted rage
Any workaround?
No you need to do the grab then hold v to cancel
Whatโs the best ult version of Lannie to use
Check pins
Am I still considered a noob? How can I improve๐
I dont think the concept of skill applies to showdown
its a casual mode
technically it has leaderboards
and well getting top spots is not exactly easy
I don't play showdown but that's not fair to say. People put a lot of time and effort into making the best builds and getting the best times they can. No need to put others down just because they play a different mode than you
it's a casual mode, there are no official showdown tournaments
im not putting anyone down, referring to oneself as a noob is effectively self-depreciation
differentiating between noobs and whatever the other categories are just makes no sense in showdown
people who wanna progress in that mode improve their parries and defuses, and watch douyin to copy builds like lotuses or ranged
naraka coats everything in leaderboards and competition, but its just a way of engineering engagement
like fresh accounts being the top 97 viper in Norfolk or whatever
well then every mode is casual mode in global
IW with 8 teams format is used, not available in ranked queues
yeah anything that isn't custom lobbies with scrim settings is casual
that's why it also makes very little sense to take a screenshot of your position on the leaderboard and ask "am i a good player"
rating exists to drive engagement, not to reflect how good a player is
would be a different story if naraka had a working rating system, but right now anyone can play more to rank up, regardless of how good or bad they are
@chrome cliff everyone on NA is medicore compare to immortal/tryhard/hypernova
like even top 10 is like a freekill for them
What's wrong with being mediocre these days ...
The scrim mindset is poor, call of duty folk have the same mindset. Casual does not = less skilled, it also doesn't mean someone can't be proud of their achievements in casual modes, they've worked for it after all, just as those in scrims or ranked would. Nothing wrong with being a casual player or "mid" player so long as we all have fun ๐
thats true , i love being medicore:c
just answering new ppl questions on skills, just play for fun tbh
Can't be good at everything, gotta pick your battles ๐
Iโm kinda boring and just play ranked. Have been meaning to play Rift Traversal soon though.
Am I the only one that doesn't like rift traversal?๐
Im sure youโre not alone lol
ranked, mostly trios
isn't it logical that most casual players are less skilled than most competitive-minded players?
there is nothing wrong with that ofc, but they are still in different positions on the skill spectrum
arent top "casual" players better than NBPL pros in CN?
they just dont compete because stream money is better
that's a different topic i think
kelie when he didn't compete in tournaments was arguably better than some of the nbpl players
but i wouldn't describe him as a casual player
if kelie only played pve, he sure as hell would be less skilled than nbpl players
that doesn't make nbpl players better people
but they are still more skilled
going in circles here
good luck trying to defuse mike's light attacks in nbpl lol
i think "casual" just indicates relationship to time spent in game
Not really no. Casual doesnt = less skilled, comp players are also on the same skill spectrum.
ye and same good luck trying to learn agnivat moveset in BR without bosses
it's not even about time imo
in season 1 and 2 i was one of the players who had the most hours played in EU
i was still a casual player because i was onetricking kurumi and random queueing, learning almost nothing about the game and being hardstuck skill-wise
i dont think u were casual
u could say u were bad or onedimensional
but not really casual
if u play naraka 24/7
I play naraka 2/24 and sometimes 6/24, 4/7, am I casual? ๐
literally by definition
doesnt look like it
8-24 hours/week
quite a lot
What if its 8-24hrs one week and 6hrs the next week?
XD
I'm joking I'm joking
anyway I dont understand this whole argument
what if u dont play one week, then play 24/7 7/7 next week and die from heart failure
what's wrong with comparing people's skill level
the point is u cant compare apples to oranges, different modes require different skillsets, with some overlap between them
u can be super tryhard showdown player grinding rank 1 all year
and know every single boss move
or u can be JCUP winner
or u can be best rat matari in rift traversal
then what would you tell someone who asks: "am I still noob" with an account that has 10 hours of playtime exclusively in pve
well if he is clearly showdown player, i would advise him on what to do next in showdown
from screenshot i can see his souljades are still far from optimal in terms of stats
maybe his builds need to be looked into
if he is showdown player, so be it
he can be showdown noob or showdown rank 1 skibidi sigma
I give up
u can also consider spirit of his question instead of trying to go by some textbook definition
guy is clearly excited he got up some jade builds with ok stats and cleared some yama stages (showdown ranked)
he is basically asking " am i doing well for a newbie?"
yeah the spirit of the question is: I wanna feel good about myself, please help me achieve that
and I'd rather redpill others than making them feel they are doing great in everything
i mean if u answer it truthfully its not really some super praise
he has a lot of work still before he becomes showdown skibidi sigma
if they are concerned about how others see them, the truthful answer is that grinding showdown isnt gonna make them respected more by others
its gonna make them respected in showdown community
u can argue its smaller community than BR
best case, top1 showdown guy might be seen as a nerd with a niche interest
by general naraka population
like an alien who lives in another world from the rest of us
i mean showdown is much different than BR
its like comparing elden ring player to naraka player almost
and tbh if u wanna be the most "beloved" player by community
u would probably want to become big streamer
rather than tournament winner
haha and even that doesn't work
even if you're the nicest guy, you will always have some haters
besides frankly naraka community is toxic in general
more visibility means getting more attention from the good and the bad people
its not really worth it to make it big for public applause
that can be said about anything
heroes are engineered for propaganda purposes and otherwise dont exist
even jesus has bad press
Correct my ignorance given I am still new, but I was told that solo rank is where it is at for individualize fundamental combat skill and trio is more team comp. Personally I feel that there is a lot more blues, parry and team comp in trio, not seeing a catch to a ls infinite in trio unless it's 1v1. I also see some solo players look down on trio players and saying that's it's an unskill mode, but I feel that a lot of good trio players are also good solo players which contradict that. Bottom line is just have fun, self improve and not nitpick.
solo and trios both have some overlap in skill and some clear differences
its gonna be easier becoming good trio player if u are first decent at solos at least though
u dont wanna be a deadweight when u need to kite enemy to get away or do a basic combo when u need
overall its harder to perform in trios because u have 3 people
its rly hard to coordinate and deal with human factor
Definitely, especially with no mic, and queue in with randoms for trio, it makes it a very interesting experience for me lol. A buddy keep telling me to play more solo and custom to improve basic fundamental. But man the chaos in trio despite dying or not is fun as heck. When I play solo, it feels like I am always on edge, oh well, I guess I have to embrace that to get better.
naraka is entirely unplayable with randoms without comms
Borderline a form of torture and hell, living up to its name ๐
also ultimately biggest problem in trios is
u need to find 2 ppl u enjoy playing with
that also enjoy playing with u
and u have compatibile schedules
and other stuff
Agree, and also not minding losing streaks before winning and improving together
Team building
Hi also, if you enjoy showdown, check the showdown tag. Some of the players there including xzer0x, have great knowledge about different build, they are good resources
@.@
if you want to play trios you have to know the basics from solos, or else you're wasting your time
if someone plays trios without having played solos before, I think it makes sense for other people to look down on them
not saying that looking down on other people is a good thing to do, but I understand it in this example
Is someone able to point me in the direction of glyph recommendations for characters? I'm having trouble finding it
At the start of the new season, Naraka reworked the Talent Glyph system, and this video will explore all the new possibilities, as well as rating the power of each node for different heroes or situations. Like, subscribe, join!

Might help
Thank you so much!
I agree just like for the other player who enjoy building their showdown build
agree this was mentioned by ImbaSkillz above
saying trios is a no skill mode is ignorant
a lot of solo players who haven't played trios would not last long there
but yes it's true that you need skills from solo mode to be good in trio
"I also see some solo players look down on trio players and saying that's it's an unskill mode, but I feel that a lot of good trio players are also good solo players which contradict that." I agree, what those players say seem contradictory
it's just classic "what i play is the hardest, what others play is no skill so im better"
I couldn't agree more, toward the end of the day, it's a game that meant to be enjoyed, some enjoy rank solo, rank duo, rank trio, iw, some enjoy playing showdown, some enjoy rift, capture spirit well, Golden roc, blessed brutality, custom etc... people shouldn't throw shade at others for what they enjoy playing or improving in that one particular niche
yeah
personally i would say trios is the real test of skill
it demands a broader set of skills and teamwork
Tbf, trios and solos are fundamentally different. While skills from each modes can complement each other, itโs not fair to just assume one is more difficult than the other
And realistically, no one really start off playing trios :/ Youโd at least experience solos before dropping straight into teams
is duo a good in between in your opinion for trio and solo?
Me and my friends calls it the quick match of rank since in my experience, itโs a combination of both trios and solos.
In duos, you can 1v2 per se
And itโs easier in a way
pretty much it's casual mode
Yup, pretty much
Sounds fun, maybe I should play duo more next season. Right now, I just play whatever I can queue in fast with queue time, which is another topic on another thread in this server that unfortunately will likely have a never ending discussion XD
Tbh, if u just wanna chill and learn at the same time, Iโd recommend quick matches or bot mode
Ngl bots are better than the majority of players anyways
Sparing with them will help a bunch
yeah I pretty much play anything naraka related, going to be one of those "Jack of all trades, master of none" kind of player. In the end it's just for the enjoyment value
Tbh, once u grasped the basics, u can jump into any mode without any issues. Though in teams, the key is to compromise and adjust
Plus, become a Tarka main
Iโm preaching cause itโs fun
the only issue is
how many teammates do you have
if you have enough for trios, i say just go for it
best mode imo
duo is cool to just chill with one mate or try synergy with your team, but trios is so much more fun to me
playing trios with randoms is just eugh
they dont listen to anything and have no clue how to play
but if u have ur own team, it's a great experience
can't stress enough how important this point is, people who go straight into trios before playing solos generally build a habit of getting hit by Fs or getting hit in the back like that's a normal thing to do
solos teaches you to keep track of enemy abilities and play around them, and it teaches you camera control
for someone new to the game, trios is so overwhelming that it feels unrealistic to keep track of everything, but good players do it
usually by learning it in solos first and then applying it in trios
I may know the answer already, but out of curiosity, which mode you prefer most and why?
Also, for a new player, once getting slightly decent with the fundamentals above and starting to tap into the trio rank, who are some good balance heroes to start using and reasons why they are good in trio. I know that the othe player mentioned tarka above.
i like trios best
for beginners i recommend viper and temulch, you can play them in all game modes and they have a strong neutral focus
many other characters tend to become a comfort zone if onetricked, which makes beginners hardstuck
This is not true. Bots don't play or function like players and you will learn bad habits fighting bots
Bad habits such as? Iโm interested to hear why you think so since from experience, sparing with bots definitely helps
Sparring with bots helped me grasp certain moves/combos to apply in games so it can be beneficial
Most certainly. While I agree they donโt function like humans, they can guide newer players towards their own play style
Plus, if you can win a hard no fill trios bot lobby, youโre pretty set to play any modes
They function with 0 ms so timing for most things are different, parryjng especially. Bots also don't think like players, they are terrible at chasing, and sometimes they do impossible things too. I mean as a brand new player learning the game it's fine for just learning to press buttons and basic interactions, but you are playing against bots in your first few ranked games regardless. It's way better to learn vs players so you can get an actual feel for the game
You do know that parry timing varies between individual players, right? Itโs not a bot exclusive issue. For chasing, itโs fundamentally the same. Even if theyโre terrible, how you counter it is no different with real players.
At the end of the day, you have to play the game to know the game, bots are just a better alternative to the limited player base
Matter of fact, bots have offer consistently parry timing than every players in the game.
Help on Matari???
Specifically?
Ability setup and glyphs
Any tips for zenda?
Idk much about her glyph but for her abolites, r u using V1 or v2
So does that means against real players with different Ms, my parry timing etc will be different so basically I am playing against a moving target, how can I bet consistent and get better then? Some players seem like the are parry monster, and everything are automatic guarantee for them
To set up her kit, once you gain some distance, charge blue then teleport. Once you teleported to them, release instantly
This also depends on your own ms as well. If you have a higher ping, youโll get delayed parries and it goes the same vice versa. If you have low ping but are going against higher ms players, thereโll be a mili sec delay in their release
The thing about parry timing is to anticipate them. Itโs nearly impossible to parry on reaction. There are so many nuances to this, so Iโll just leave it up to experience. The more u play the game, the better ur feel for it gets
Ty, so all prediction no reaction
some attacks are parryable on reaction , but most of them is just prediction
That's if ur ping is low
I'd say at like 50+ ms ping, all succesful parries are prediction
Yeah, 55 on a good day but average around 60-65

Mineโs 17-25 and against 70+ just canโt be reacted
๐ | ๅฐๆบชๅฐๆฐๅฐๆฑ leveled up!
but it does make it 10x easier to parry
you're playing the wrong kit, the other 2 abilities are used with matari
f2 is better than f1 because it deals damage or sets up combos
v1 is better than v2 because it counters viper and xunhuan, while v2 is just asking to get parried
is there a site to check which glyphs are the best to use?
v2 doesn't really do anything except move you to your enemy; you can just move to your enemy yourself instead
In part 1 of my Glyph series, you will learn how to build a Generic Glyph page to use as a starting point for most characters and game modes, inspired by Chinese pro players.
A Generic Glyph Page is a strong, reliable baseline that works for most characters and most modesโand it's also the foundation for specialized pages later.
When buildin...
if you are a new player, just play the generic glyph page
both her ults are basically useless though
its just v1 counters viper
this is the only reason for matari existence in any trio comp
but also i want to add that V1 matari, while it gives some benefits to team like F refresh or tiny bit of lifesteal, is extremely weak for matari herself
its just 2 Fs basically
the entire ult
1 good TP with GS can actually oneshot someone with V2
and in duos i'd for sure run V2 instead of V1 honestly
the last time v2 was good was when it didnt have a sound queue and parries didnt work in 360ยฐ
that was more than a year ago
I wouldn't recommend matari to any new player, but if you want to run her, at least play the right ult
imho, if you play just for fun - it doesn't matter which ult/build you run ๐ค
u can also TP and hold check 0.5 sec
agree i wouldnt recommend to new player
but realistically v1 for new player will be just randomly timed ult into 2 panic Fs without charging or doing combos
Gotcha thanks man
yeah but then there would be no point in this channel
in this channel, people ask about what's recommended
answering every question with: it doesnt matter, just do what's the most fun for you isn't really catering to user intent
they already know that
Tbh, just choose which is best fit to your play style
and they can take the recommendations in this channel, ignore them and do what they want instead
lmao the play style argument
"I choose a bad ability that no competitive player plays because it's my playstyle"
like bruh
find someone who plays this in China on top level and makes it work, emulate it, and then you can talk about playstyle
the skill ceiling in this game is so high, most people are bad at it even when they run the strongest characters with the strongest kits possible
beginners choosing non-viable abilities don't have a playstyle
they just do whatever they feel like, but it's not something anyone should copy
If we talk about viable heroes/ abilities, Matari wouldnโt even be in the conversation outside of solos.
No one is literally countering your points, but play style is one aspect of choosing what characters/ skills youโd like to use (for casuals)
what do you mean by outside of solos?
matari is bad in solos, not trios
sometimes the meta setup just feels so awful to play it may be better to go with theoretically worse option
in trios she is actually played as a viper counter that gives an F refresh to teammates
i havent seen matari in a long time
but with V1, not V2
Yeah, no one really uses her in high rank. I get that
except maybe some random 1 of pick in hero points starved scenarios
the EU scrim 8 days ago had matari comps
a lot of teams practiced yueshan matari inor/xunhuan, copying Chinese teams
in yesterday's scrim, everyone was using a shayol version of the comp instead of matari
there are 4 versions of that comp in total
with feria, shayol, inor and matari
some teams still run zai matari cyra
we're also gonna play it
at least experiment more with it
since the inor nerf its viable
what inor nerf
and there are a lot of vipers in EU
the nerf where hitting enemies in his impale breaks them free
and damage reduction
from a few weeks or months ago, dont remember exactly
hmmm
i dont remember such nerf
i only read about his ult not being cancelled during execution if it expires
the main reason you didn't want to run matari was that inor is the perfect matari killer
but since inor is a bit weaker, you can make matari comps work
i think main reason is that matari is utter dogshit vs everything that doesnt have viper
depends on the team ofc
having 3 zai Fs or 2 yushean impales can be nice
she doesnt do much on her own, but she is supporting the team
can be nice but also having 3 ults can be nice
matari still has her Fs
its like tessa, her fighting power is split 50-50 between ult and f2
I would even argue that her f2 is better than her ult
it does the same thing as the ult, but it doesnt cost rage
and the cooldown is short
or kurumi, her f is about as good as her ult
and yueshan as well lmao
hit a terror on enemy monk in transformer fight, and it becomes very one-sided
i cant find any info about inor nerf
they reduced the impale damage and they made it so that teammates can grief impales
these changes
it was a while ago
this had to be ages ago
it is now slightly harder to explode someone impaled by inor
execution dmg nerf was super old
he used to be even stronger than currently
yup
he received super buff last patch tho
and my point is that matari comps are viable since that nerf
execute not cancelling is huge
idk about that one, seems like very arbitrary reason for meta shift
at least they have a niche presence in scrims again
matari needs to have viper countering removed from her kit
and be buffed to be real hero

she is somewhat similar to yueshan
he is also not a real hero arguably
and super clunky to play
inor feels like what should have been yueshan
agreed

Any Kurumi tips
- Cut the tether
- Her ult purifies bad effects
- You gotta do damages too not just heals
- Dont go in first
And what about her v and f
is justina generally considered harder or easier than valda in solos?
I wanna pick up the easier one until I have really solid fundamentals
valda might be easier, since she gets another health bar and justina has a higher skill ceiling but you should just play both of them if u find them interesting. just takes practice to improve
valda is one of the most new player friendly characters
justina however
v1 justina for new player is basically hero without ult
even she doesnt even do much until u are really good
v2 justina is easier mechanically but its not that strong
and is reliant on smart ult pacing and positioning, predicting enemy movements
so sheโs basically horrible if youre horrible and insanely good if youre insanely good
i fw that
u mean justina?
not valda
yeah
yeah pretty much
maybe this insanely good is a little bit much, but she is really good in good hands
im wondering if its something that requires you to get good specifically at using justina or if my general skill from playing others will transfer?
who would u say has the highest skill ceiling
some of it justina specific ( u need to know how to cancel dash etc)
but mostly u need general game skill
probably tarka as he can do basically whatever he wants
Id love to start using her now and get good at her but I dont want my early games to be miserable if yk what i mean
interesting
also how much fps u have ?
200-240 but i got 70 ping
im pissed I cant do long sword focus combos lmao
but im consistent with my grapple uppercut 211 combo
ls is my favourite weapon for sure
what do u think about viper?
and zenda
viper is like casino character but ur odds of doing something scale with how good u are (and ur team, since she is ass in solo)
even if u are the most garbage viper on planet, u can kill a pro player
aw im probably exclusively a solo player
because one lucky 5 sec stun is ggs
kinda very mid rn
is valda good at a high level?
gn
if you like flashy gameplay, look into lyam

Thing is, her ult is very easy to dodge
Easy to understand but hard to master ahh character
Not sure if this is the right channel.
But im trying to run a Tianhai Thunder Build.
Fairly new. So some of the concepts (Diffuse, Threefold, Demons Bane, etc) are foreign concepts to me. Im about to finish Hard Mode for showdown. Atm im NUKING bosses with the swarms deadeye.
Running Deadeye and the 3rd tree that does elemental stuff.
Currently have
ThunderPull, Thunder Counter, Skyforce, Boltshot, Backfire, Thunderproof, and Staff Onslaught.
Any recommendations and stuff?
you're in the wrong channel

Anyone here plays duo? What are some good hero pair to do good combos with? (Iโve only seen Temulch and Valda V1 and Viper Akos )
๐ | FuwaPie leveled up!
| Extra rewards were added for missing levels
shayol valda should still be strong
but in duos you can really make almost anything work, it's a very casual mode
Is zai actually to any good in pvp?
I constantly hear that every Single Character counters her
@quiet tundra can tell you. Iโm sure he plays Zai a lot.
TLDR: Yes she is, she has her weaknesses but in ranked mode she can always work well.
Zai is pretty strong in duos (her strongest mode), especially when paired with a healer or tank like Kurumi or Valda. In solos, sheโs not that good, since the current meta (Xunhuan, Akos, Tarka, Shayol, etc.) works against her. That said, a skilled Zai player can still win these matchups depending on how they play. Realistically though, she horrible in solos.
In trios, she used to be very strong, but her impact has dropped due to the current meta. Still, sheโs playable in every mode. If you enjoy her, you can make her work. I've done it many times in solo's, duo's and trio's, no matter who I fought, the better you master Zai, the easier the match ups get. The most important thing when playing Zai is learning the matchups against other heroes.
Most of them do, I think the match ups that favors Zai so well is against Ziping and Viper (if you ult early)
okay thanks a lot
then i have to start mastering her. i usually just spam without any skill ๐
It's also very helpful to watch someone play Zai against other heroes. The main important thing is to have patience when you're playing Zai. For example against Valda, you have to dodge her spears in order to win, you can't recklessly spam your gold focus against certain characters as they have the possibilities to counter you
That's exactly why it doesn't always work out ๐
A good player knows how to punish a Zai player that spams haha
thats why im always getting punished xD
do u know some players or mind showing me sometime?
I don't really like to self promote, but you could watch me or Master Deemo, I post weekly on Youtube and Tiktok and stream a lot on Twitch. Many of my video's are about Zai and you can see the way that I play her
Here's some video's that might take your interest
EPISODE 111 ๐ Hellooo everyone, welcome to another video, I hope that everyone is doing great and has a very nice weekend ahead of themselves! thanks a lot ill take a look at it now
Maybe Prosp3r too? He still plays Zai a lot in Trios/IW.
akiio why dont u master her. its easier for me to stalk u xD
Im not good at the game, so
watch shall i say then
that im not even trash?

rn she is one of the worst characters in the game
across all modes
she only does something if enemies dont have ult and she has ult
and even then she can be beaten

welp i think ill be dead before that happens xD
yeah if inor looks at u once, its ggs

i think the only way to make zai remotely playable is going zai+kurumba in duos
and focus on kiting
just blow zai ult early, bait out 2 ults, then run like headless chicken
I mean Iโve told you many times, that Zai gets diffed from like every Char in the Game. But glad youโve asked that question now here
the final nail in the coffin was the anniversary patch where they removed up to 5sec from ults in game
before that she was kinda good against charged based heroes, as u could exhaust their charges and still have some ult left
Then came Inor
inor is basically zai without any drawbacks
he is far more mobile, does more dmg, harder to stagger
okay running liek a headless chicken, i can do that !
I laughed a bit, when they announced that Zai could stagger Inor now. But it was only the full gold attack. It did basically nothing
i knowwwww but im not listening to you
they need to give zai ultimate focus on meter dump or something
otherwise i dont see how she can be ever useful
or at least give her rage conservation
Ah yes of course, how could I forget about him๐ญ
yeah. shes still my favorite no matter what but in ranked ill stick to my shayol
Definitely check Prosp3r out too @torpid anchor Heโs one of the best Zai players that Iโve watched
I know.
The Goat
just play shayol and enjoy a good life
I donโt think that sheโs unplayable, you can make her work in duos and even in solos if you play her right. She just doesnโt have the โpress on lmb and let her do everything for youโ aspect anymore because of characters countering her
Trios on the other hand is where it gets really hard
she is like bottom 20% in solos, bottom 10% in trios
and in duos idk
bottom 50% max
Her strongest mode is duos
But she isnโt meta atm
Sheโs not good but not unplayable
yeah usually garbage heroes are not meta
Kurumi isnโt meta in trios atm right?
That wouldnโt make her garbage or unplayable
is there actually any hero worse than zai?
Yea most likely, but if we strictly look in the dps aspect it would be Takeda probably
u can maybe find one per mode basis, but if u were give her overall ranking based on every mode
she is probably worst in the game
pretty much every hero in game rn is at least good in one game mode
many of them in all
even if im super generous, i can at most say she is mediocre in duos
and trash in solo/trio
Just play her because you enjoy her
Who cares if she isnโt meta
i dont really play showdown but in the beginnning i thought she might be good there
yes thats why i do it anyway, even bought her extrem hai a few days ago๐
Awesome
ye she is not meta because she is trash in trios rn
she got nerfed many times
while everything else got turbo buffs
Would that make her unplayable tho?
thats why i dont understand shes trash and got nerfed like wtf
Idk tbh, I donโt think that you should stress about her being bad or good. Just play her and youโll notice that once you understand match ups. Sheโs not bad as how people claim her to be
she basically is unplayable, if u all huddle together in circle u gonna get removed from existence by inor or autododger
kurumba is at least pretty decent in duos coz its much harder there to burst down circle
with just 2 people worth of dmg
yeah but no matter what char i use that happens to me because im that bad xD
Itโs a skill thing too, main thing with Zai is your movement and patience in battles
yeah im still trying to get a grip on movement. but after playing for 2 years with 30fps i got now a graphics card
Buy her Hair. +25% increase in Skill. And Naraka is happy too
did that
pay me
I donโt have money

+25 skills -30fps
True
To Justina mains, give me some tips on how to infinitely dash through groups of people (successfully)
Somehow some of the dashes I make donโt micro stun post freeze
Wait and line them up
This is still a bit bugged, no?
Same as jump lmb after a freez. Sometimes they donโt unfreez after the 3rd hit with Katana or Duals.
Iโm not entirely sure since itโs been a while since I played her
Aiming is a bit hard after the 4th dash
Sometimes I get ghost hit after a dash, kinda annoying

How can i switch to that portal
they reworked all heros to only have 2 ultimates instead of 3. this ultimate was removed in wuchen's rework
So why didnt the worked on the hero walk-through
which walk through
The heros guid
is this on the website or ?
Press F4 on heros details
these are not updated i guess
Lol
the baize guide was made once and never looked at again
Lol
Anyone have any viper guides or tips for using her?
hello
Who is a good duo for Inor wan??
I feel it depends on which heroes the person can play
You could go with a control heroe, support or even another dmg dealer to try and burst
Based of the movement a ziping yin in the support category would work, for control a tessa probably
Think of a duo that would โcounterโ the counter for inor wan. You want to get away from him using distance and grapling hooks when he transforms
So a tessa that you need to get close and interact with the vessel, an viper ning that you canโt grapple
So what are our thoughts on the new glyphs? I'm thinking the silence parry glyph is quite strong. Not sure if i should put 1 or 2 points into it. And i got 2/2 for the second tier purple, i didn't run spirit dash before but now it's a nice tool to have for a low investment
The new glyphs look great, i feel like even with 1 point it should work really well
I didn't saw that the glyphs got "reworked". That's what i felt strange in yesterday ranks
How about Shayol? What hero is best to pair with her in Duos besides Valda?
- Tarka
- Tessa
- Kurumi
- Inor
I mean, you can make almost any hero work
anyone know what are the best skills for zenda wu, and whats the best gylph path to run?
Yeah literally you can make all heroes work
But with tessa is a combo i have seen multiple times in rank
I mean technically it depends
may i ask what it depends on
On your gameplay, if you know combos , if you're on team
I saw a lot of zenda wu making combos with the second ability but the first ability you can used it under atack to get out of combo
Can anyone help me with Zipping 's Glyph. I run this in duo. but it doesn't feel right. I feel like her skill takes so long.
I play more of a support role running around and get chased often while my team does the damage and i tank but i always get caught and runs out of dodges (stamina)
i need me a tarka main to coach me
Ur prayers have been answered
What do u need
His bread and butter is animation cancelling in addition to his V2 grab
You should start with this: https://youtu.be/kVwrxujAfVM?si=AVXwkjN47BlRQ9G8
Tarka ji animation cancel combo's on all the weapons, there are alot more animation cancel combo's on tarka ji since he can cancel almost all animations, but these are some basic ones. The only weapon tarka ji is really bad at with his ultimate is dagger, because of the dagger dodge mechanic. Still made a dagger combo work but I don't recommend ...
Idk what button u have dash mapped on, but for Tarka u press dash to enter a kick animation when you are running
appreciate it ill take a look at this later
double dash if youโre not running
imma need some in game experience with ult
Mess around with it in training
yanyu setup also looked cool af
The challenge ull face afterwards will be stamina control, till then tho
fireball v1
offense is always better
8/10 I agree
Until the moment u realized defensive wouldโve worked better
ahahahah never ending cycle
was trying some cool ls extensions with ult in free training yesterday , felt like a brainless stephen hawking
I rec NoBiNam and Thang Ko Win
Great stuff
Hey can you recommend me a good hero to pair with Valda? I am talking about duos, we play Viper/Tessa mostly right now and want to switch it up a bit.
- Viper
- Tessa
- kurumi
- Justina
- Shayol
Thank you, would it be convenient to ask, I am interested what Kurumi brings specifically into that duo? For the others I do see it.
healing burst once out of ult and constent peel
if played f2 also dmg resist during link duration
Tianhai
If you get both persona with the first valda ult, tianhai can grab them in his ult
A normally โirregularโ combo
I appreciate your insights guys, thank you! Which F/V should I use on Kurumi for that combo and also I tend to use glyphs that gives me early rage and dmg reduction, do you have any suggestions on that?
Yup, basically as M mentioned. Kurumi pairs well with a lot of heroes. If ur partner can handle themselves, playing a full support role would bring in more value
I guess it depends if you're relying in a full support role
You could use the 2nd F
if you're gonna stay linked while your partner fights
and the V both works
Any ideas for combos for duos with yoto hime?
shayol and zai are the most common characters to pair with valda in duos
inor is the strongest team mode character in the game, you can put him with everything
hadi often gets paired with valda in trio comps, you can run hadi / valda in duos too
valda doesn't really do anything tbh, she presses V to get some HP and that's it
her spears are super easy to dodge, unless teammate sets up a stagger
you can combine burn effects with valda for instant burn damage applied to HP
i wouldn't recommend valda / viper or valda / monk because it's a wombo that will kill bad teams easily and die to good teams
totally pointless to play unless you want to press 2 buttons and either fully win the fight or fully lose it
defeats the purpose of playing a fighting game imo
between valda and justina, i don't see any synergy at all, the characters are completely redundant
Fairs. Totally forgot to add Zai, itโs a pretty old comb. Tho realistically, I rarely see Valda and Zai now up in high ladder. Thereโre mostly Tessa, shayol and so on but almost any hero works in duos
can someone show me good duo kurumi glyphs?
im new on this game my first favourite character is matari i love stealth style game play can you guys suggest me some tips to immprove gameplay
can anyone suggest me a better Tessa glyph? I'd like to be an escapist and spam my ult XD
You are supposed to ult and kill your opponent.
Otherwise her ult won't be useful at all
But, If I may suggest.
You can run green glyphs, to get 40% rage at start
Tessa may be one of the best characters to start a match in a crowded area.
tessa doesn't need stamina glyphs
in trios, you run 40% IR and rage per damage taken
put red until you are full red
and then you have like 4 points left for a few purples or extra green
and play f2
f1 is skill issue pick
tessa f2 is stronger than tessa ult
especially if you run skill cooldown, there is no point in running f1
okayy thanks. I'm trying this one now for Tessa glyph
going green for 10 initial rage seems pointless
just go full greens and reds
20% dmg reduction is not bad
or skip initial rage and go full purples instead
okay. I'll try that. no wonder she still feels squishy and easy to kill ;-;
ye well with this setup she has totally 0 defense
not even stamina refund
the thing with this glyph system is
they made it extremely bad to branch out
u are basically forced to full commit
to a tree
since last glyphs are so strong
and only contain 2 points anyway
also take tournament glyphs with a grain of salt
in tournament u play IW and get money for kills
pretty much everybody goes greens for initial rage
since getting ult quickly is critical
and the ults are so OP rn u can do literally nothing at all ult vs no ult
so everybody is forced going initial rage
just to not autolose spawn
you don't need to run clown naruto run glyphs
unless you wanna become hokage
hello guy have anyone got a good glyphs for all hero ?
hellp me anyone whit Inor Wan ? i need glipg and skills
i feel like f2 and v2 are the best in a ofensive matter
and for glyphs you can run full red and green looking for rage
So you try to spam the transformation all the time
I'm having a dilema with glyphs for wuchen with f2 and v2
Im interested in glyps for kylin and lyam im assuming its just rage based glyphs. But I feel like for them their f is better to get up faster?
wym?
with their f
For me its the y button. There quick ability idk what yall call it. But are there glyphs to charge that skill faster? I feel like for those 2 that ability is super useful
I mean yeah, you have 2 glyphs to reduce cooldown on them
But at least the first one is kinda useless in most cases bcs is compared vs the 40% rage recovery
And at max is 12% cdr
So just stay rage and stamina focused then?
In a 25ish sec cd 12% being only 2 seconds
Is kinda a waste vs the rage
You could play with green and red tree
Or red with purple
I been running on zenda trial glyphs
For the 7.2% attack that gives the last glyph on the strategy tree and all the rage recovery i can
Stacking 4 attack jades with that glyph, if you manage to get a juggernaught stacked too
I already got the breakpoint with a ultimate kill a gold armor oponnent
Pretty beefy attack
So maybe with kylin that can work too
Like trying to burst the more you can on the ultimate
Yea might be good
going full attack jades like this will just put u in mathematical disadvantage against someone who builds full dmg resistance
At least those glyphs helped me climb to asura 3 โญ atm
Well in those terms wouldnt you just be on equal footing? Attack and defense buffs would cancel each other out?
no
each attack jade (blue+) is 4% while DR is 6% each
here u have math
if u go with full attack against someone with full DR, u deal 12% less dmg than if both of u have 0 jades
It depends a lot on the jades , variability of builds the other person can use, and skills
So mostly play whatever you want

it doesnt depend on anything, u just deal 88% dmg while enemy deals 100% dmg
simple as that
I'm saying like you "can't" know if they're running full dr but yeah, you should expect worst cases always
I already faced a viper that i did almost negative dmg when she ulted
there are some edge cases where attack may be better, but in terms of raw stats u are always better off going DR
Her ult dr, jades and glyph literally. She was like 5% hp and didn't died
So what glyphs board do you use?
either full purple + full red or full green + full red
the amount of rage u get from red glyphs is really a lot
and 20% dmg reduction on ult is quite substantial for 20 sec
Whatdya mean by full? You can only max out one line of each right?
I currently have this
3grapple/1stamina, hp on parry x4, stamina refund x2
basically this
yep
same
its the most cookie cutter build
good for everything
oh
except
u should go 3 grapple/1stamina split
or at least 3 stam/ 1 grapple
first point gives much larger benefit than next 3
for these
this glyph rework is horrible though
the old glyphs were much better
now its just forcing weird gimmicks down our throats
Like that?
yep its good
u can run this on anything
also take note
in tournaments u will probably see A LOT of green paths
due to initial rage
reason is in immortal war u get money for kills
so if u dont take initial rage u auto lose to everybody who did take it
and then u get outscaled
by ppl who got kills
Cause they got money faster
in regular ranked it can be still good but u gotta ask urself
if u are fine losing 4 points
for extra ult % at start
with no benefit later in game
i think on tessa/zippy can be good
others its questionable
but alternative which is 80 hp
is not earthshattering either
1 grey hp jade
and the dmg resistance glyph
is kinda ass in a way too
due to 120 sec cooldown
e.g. if u are after yang
and start fighting right away
prob it wont be active yet
as i said
the glyphs are awful rn
it would be honestly better if they removed glyphs entirely
than this current page
(there is also this purple sprint they cannot balance at all still after half a year)
tomorrow patch they nerf it again
as people used it for free combo starters
we will see how it is
also consider
some glyphs are for consistency
like rage glyphs
or stamina glyphs
they provide u solid value all game
and limit ur weak spots as much as possible
and there are power spike glyphs
like parry silence
or dmg reduction on ult
they provide large benefit in limited scenarios

Damage reduction on ult be why viper ning is such a damn tank walking around bout to stun me lmao
Thats me when I see those purple beams of doom
Yeah she has 70% dr base
when ulting
She would just die whenever she ulted otherwise. Even at full health
Just break los to avoid the stun
she wouldnt die, she would be still unstaggerable and it would be hard to put damage on her
not to mention she has teammates too
although she would need to blow ult much earlier
this advice doesnt really work in realistic scenarios
u will have viper's entire team trying to stagger u + possibly blowing other ults to setup viper ult
like akos cage or justina v1
u need to have prepared viper counter beforehand like a yueshan in team
or some contingency plan how to save teammate stunned for 5s
yueshan is one of the most overrated trio characters imo
you have to play yueshan a lot to get value out of him, he is extremely clunky and very immobile compared to inor
there are many characters that can counter or survive viper and temulch like yueshan, who can also do other things on top of it
for example, feria can drop her mech to save a teammate from viper/temulch
justina can dash out of viper and temulch ult
ofc she will die if silenced without peel, but yueshan also dies when he gets silenced and there is no peel
getting viper silenced with no other viper counter on the team is just a misplay
so having a plan or counter against viper is a great idea, but it doesn't have to be yueshan imo
unfortunately matari is not a good character, her F cannot reliably self-peel
It's the basic concept behind counter playing her. New players don't know this and die to viper ults they could have avoided. I wasn't giving advice to an adavnced player in unrivaled lobbies. Don't ignore the basics, they are essential.
And saying complicated stuff instead will just confuse a new player
Which tarka ji ult is preferred by high skilled players? Base or extend?
Base = solo
Extend = Team
i see
What's the best F and V skill for Justina?? I've been getting killed by a lot of players using her V2.
generally either f1v2 or f2v1
v1 is more competitively viable but also its very hit or miss
if u dont know exactly what u are doing, u will probably just waste all the dashes for nothing
on other hand v2 requires slower approach to fights where u outlast enemy
so u also need to space out ults correcly and so on
so overall a lot of effort for not much results
The thing about Tark most people tend to do is spam dash brainlessly
V2 is useless in solos and V1 is not really good in teams
tarka? we were talking about justina
xd
I believe they were meaning to respond to me
Whats the benefit of kurumi healing ray vs guard
guard keeps your teammate alive, the other does nothing
Can anyone help me with my Wuchen glyph. I like V2 ult more but it feels like it's not making any damage XD (any tutorial recos on how to use him better?) I previously encountered this amazing Justina and Wuchen tandem and my duo and I were pinned in place (instant ded meat XD)
so can anyone explain why my F does damages but didn't knockback Temulch?
also how could Zenda pops her V in this situation?
also also, how did i hit this parry on 60ms?
You can only break the Parry Attack with Gold Focus Attacks not the Parry State
So in that case you have to delay your attack a bit
So I've started to learn Lannie and I really like all the
Abilities
I mainly play solo and don't know which ones I should play with
And also looking for a glyph chart for her too
If anyone has
Ball catching is the tricky bounce leap right?
As regular one is just a flying carpet
I also can't find any glyphs for Lannie (atleast newer ones) (Solo too)
yeah yeah this is what i would run with solo lannie
for glyphs i would probably use on of those
i run this on justina
p good for any char

Thank you ๐
Can Inor and Cyra be a good synergy in Duo?
Ehh
it's 2 good characters that don't often play together
but it can work well in duos
just open inor ult and cyra ult when inor turns small or is low hp
try not to use inor and cyra ult at the same time
inor needs any character to follow up with melee when he impales
cyra needs any character to stagger for her v2 stun
cyra is more commonly played with tessa/akos, viper/akos or viper/justina
i.e. any character that is good at controlling and executing, but bad at surviving
the natural teammates for inor are ziping/hadi and feria/xunhuan
can someone share zip glyph?

this?? (dunno if its good for ur playstyle)
skip 2 red rage glyphs and put dmg resistance in greens
Is there any way to doge Wuchen's Sword piercing ult -thingy ;-;???? just got Tessa stunned and Wuchen sword ulted for like 4 games now ;-; and I keep dying from it. I was using Tessa and Inor (my duo).
and I'm having a hard time being useful to Inor in fights XD i keep dying early (skill issue)
you're supposed to be able to react dodge it just by reacting to the ult initial cast animation
but when ping and fps comes into the equation things aren't that simple anymore
wuchen ult is known for being a notorious rubberband ability
but anyway, try to react dodge it
if u get hit by it remember that you can blue hold to be immune from the small blades stagger, for the big blades you need to tap dodge
or gold focus tanking it
when you hear the DING, dodge RIGHT AFTER, lile a Pavlovian reflex, and you should be able to dodge it no prolem
don't panic, even if the small blades hit you, they do minor damage and don't stagger you enough to guarantee the hit from the large sword
begin moving as soon as you her TAI CHI RIFT, then wait for the DING and dodge ๐
whats the best zenda wu combo
What's the best cyra glyph for playing mostly solo and sometimes duo/trio?
pavlov mentioned on naraka discord wtf
