Honestly, it seems better to go 1 WF on Mastery for Ice Surge build. You'd gain 2.2% more Ice DMG going for a 10th Windfall, but lose 6.1% non-Ice DMG.

For Scorching builds though it seems to be worth since Burn tends to make up ~90% of your damage.

in solos it's SO MUCH BETTER

it's habit i've gained from bot games, you don't get event rewards in PVP modes if you quit. you have to die to bots

yeah you just need to reach it once doesn't matter if you lose it right after

i've done the quest already so i can't try if dying to boss will let you get it for the quest

I gotta take a moment of appreciation for the SJ Mighty Counter Gale Blast, which triggers Astral Gust and...i just love it so much. That sound of it. One of the best sound effects i've ever heard in a video game.
I'll probably re-mention this from time to time.
