When an item is marked as "CN", it can only be used in that server. "non-CN" items are on the other hand aviable to use in any server that ain't CN. The reason for this is that CN server gets updates that we don't have worldwide, hence the game itself is different. They have things we don't basically

Been trouble shooting naraka a lot and cant figure it out. Im 94 percent sure its a software conflict but idk what. When the game is loading past the login screen it crashes. Ive tried xbox and steam client and same results. Trouble shooting ive tried is uninstall, verify game files, verify sys files with sfc /scannow and DISM to repair drives. Quick match will pop after enough time and fill the remaining spots with bots, so if you play outside of peak hours it will be mostly bots. Currently it is end of season, the game will pick up again in playercount next week after the new season patch.
If you want to avoid fighting bots then you should play ranked or even the casual modes, like spirit well, those don't have bots. Ranked will have bots but only at first will it have a lot, after plat you will get mostly players

hello, I have problems using top up. it keeps saying "please enable Use Steam interface in the game" but I did as per instructions and still having same issue in regards to top up. idk what's wrong and I use top up last season normally with no problems at all

check steam overylay by going to settings -> in game -> enable steam overlay while in game. Go to library, right click on game -> properties -> enable steam overlay while in game

after doing it restart steam as admin

disable other overlays

like dc, razer, nvidia or msi overlays

bec they can block steam

now u have to verifay game files so u go again to steam library

naraka -> properties -> installed files -> verifay intergrity

at the end u exit steam and u need to delete folders htmlcache & webcache in Steam/config

restart steam
