I will board the plane on February 9 at 13.00 and come to Shanghai, China. I was accepted to Fudan University and will live in China for about 5 years. I tried to connect to Chinese servers, but I saw a notification saying "access is restricted from your current location". Will I be able to play the game when I arrive in China? Can you guide me and help me on this issue? What should I do? Should I show my passport or Fudan University acceptance letter? Or should I show my residence permit when I get a residence permit?

You should just be able to login with your normal account credentials and select CN-Server once you are in China.

However it will create a new "account" on lvl 1 with a new in-game ID

You will not have to buy the game again but you'll have to start over as global servers are seperated from cn servers

They have different patches, different things in the game, etc. But you will have a better experience, they have more servers in CN then we have globally, and a lot more players too. So although it's unfortunate you won't transfer your profile, there are many benefits to playing in CN.

Another thing is Naraka Bladepoint does not have cross progression or cross play so it means that you cannot play from steam if you already played on the luncher.

set aside tabbie's not really polite remarks and behaviour, to play against heavy weapons you need to understand how they work first. specifically what the stone form is and how it works. once you do that and know what the weapon does, what you need to do is simply bait it out, dash back, wait first hit, parry second 👍

for GS

polesword is the same but a bit harder usually

those weapons are really strong against new players or people that still have some issues with their fundamentals, but the more the player is experiences, the less they will be useful / strong (GS specifically) due to really slow attacks, no combo potential and some degree of reactability (i knw it's not a word, but i mean it as : "you can react to what the do to some degree due to their slow animations and, for GS, 2 stages releases)

all problems people have with GS/PS is not timing your dodges and use your superior mobility

sitting their waiting to time your parry is exactly what the GS/PS player wants you to do

hit -> tap dodge -> hit -> tap dodge

unless its PS/GS vertical stone form the hits are very slow, and if you tap dodge out of the first hitbox you are guaranteed to be able to hold blue and win neutral if they go for hold dodge -> white, or you guarantee your parry

also if you play obnoxiously and poke with whites -> dodges it panics your opponent and they will go for very predictable blues
