We have a new system ongoing that is all about ACHIEVEMENTS! We have 3 different categories that can earn you brand** new roles and name colors**.
First category: Yapper
Start talking to earn brand new roles and name colors to stand out and show us how much of a yapper you really are!
Second category: Reactions
It's time to show us how much you can react to messages, images and videos. Let the discord know how you really feel!
Third category : Voice chat
Hang out and spend time with your friends in VC to earn some new roles and name colors and maybe even hear....the voices.

We’d like to clarify that Naraka Discord staff does NOT handle game bans. All game bans are managed by a separate department, and our helpers, moderators, and even higher-ups on Naraka Discord do not have access to check the reasons or details behind any bans.
If you'd like to appeal a ban, you can do so through two methods:
1️⃣ WEBSITE
- Visit our OFFICIAL WEBSITE -> Log in to your account -> Click on APPEAL BAN.
2️⃣ IN-GAME
- Tap ESC while in the game -> click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT -> and select APPEAL BAN.
‼️USEFUL INFORMATION‼️
- Reflect on what might have caused the ban and add those details to your appeal.
- You can upload up to 6 files as supporting proof. Supported file formats include jpg, jpeg, gif, png, and bmp.
- After submitting your appeal, you can check the result via the in-game service center -> Ban Appeal Record.
- Make sure your appeal provides relevant information and is straight to the point, as this will help streamline the process.

ROLES AND SERVER RANK SYSTEM
Firstly, I’d like to invite you to id:customize in order to customize your experience on the server. Apart from the roles you get for customizing your profile, you can also get roles by:
- Participating in server events
- Participating in a spontaneous role giveaway
- Doing server achievements (for info, check -> #📢┃server-news message)
Secondly, the rank roles DO NOT reflect game ranks. They are a part of the server rank system, and you rank up as you communicate in the server.
CHEATING AND TEAMING REPORTS
The reports are handled by official game staff, NOT moderators. I kindly ask you to have patience as they go through the reports and analyze every situation. They are doing their best to handle the reports from all the servers.
CAN’T POST PICTURE FOR EVENTS
We have a server safety feature for scams, so bots or people who just joined the server will not be able to post any harmful links or pictures in chat. In order to post pictures/links, you will need to post 10-15 messages in the server to level up an get the Noobie role.
MODERATION
Our server moderation operates on a progressive approach, aiming to create a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for everyone. Instead of jumping straight to punishments, we focus on guidance and education first.
When issues arise, moderators start with a gentle reminder to help members understand the rules and the impact of their behavior. If the behavior continues, we gradually escalate with warnings and other measures, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout. This approach encourages growth and learning, giving everyone the opportunity to reflect and improve.
I also want to emphasize the importance of kindness in all interactions. We are all human and we make mistakes; a little positivity goes a long way in making our community stronger and more enjoyable for everyone.

The Naraka Dojo is a weekly free training event and players of all skill levels are welcome to sign up! 
Register each week to get placed in a small group of players at your skill level to receive personalized training from one of our veteran coaches in a 1-2 hour session. Currently, the dojo is available for NA/EU, but we’re looking for SEA/AS coaches to accommodate players from all regions.

I wanted to take a moment to explain how we pick winners for our events, just to keep things transparent and fair for everyone involved!
Here’s how the process works behind the scenes:
1. THEME AND REQUIREMENTS: Each event comes with a theme and specific requirements for the participants to follow. This is the most important factor for us when it comes to picking winners. People who do not follow the requirements or the theme are not considered.
2. INITIAL REVIEW: All mods involved in the events go through every post and pick out the ones that follow the event’s rules.
3. DOUBLE-CHECK: We go through our selections again as a group to make sure they really match the theme and meet all the criteria.
4. DISCUSSION: Each of us shares our picks, and we start a discussion to compare the entries. We look at factors like creativity, effort, and how well they nailed the theme.
NOTE: We take likes into account, but only in the case of a tie between two or more participants. However, likes aren't a primary factor, as we strive to keep events fair and avoid turning them into popularity contests, especially based on past experiences. Most of our events have specific themes, and we want to ensure that participants who follow the theme are recognized. It wouldn’t be fair for someone to win simply because they received more likes despite not following the theme.
5. FINAL VOTES: After the discussion, we vote and finalize the winners list!
We really appreciate all the amazing submissions we’ve been getting, and we hope this gives you some insight into how much care we put into picking winners.

Several users have reported SSDs temporarily or even permanently disappearing from their systems after installing certain recent Windows 11 24H2 updates, especially when under heavy write workloads. The problem tends to occur when SSDs are over ~60% full and handling large transfers (around 50 GB or more).
AFFECTED UPDATES
- KB5063878 (August security update – Patch Tuesday)
- KB5062660 (Preview update from the same release cycle)
⛔ REPORTED ISSUES ⛔
- SSDs disappearing from Windows after large file transfers.
- Severe slowdowns or stuttering, especially during heavy write operations.
- Risk of data loss if the drive becomes inaccessible.
- NVMe SSDs with Phison controllers appear most affected, though other models may also be impacted.
🛠️ TEMPORARY FIXES 🛠️
Until Microsoft provides an official fix, you can:
- Uninstall KB5063878 / KB5062660
• Go to Settings → Windows Update → Update history → Uninstall updates. - Pause Windows Updates
• Prevents the problematic patches from reinstalling automatically. - Avoid Large Transfers
• Break up operations of 50 GB+ into smaller chunks to reduce risk. - Keep Backups
• Regularly back up important files in case your SSD becomes inaccessible.

Wanting more great-looking outfit for a favorite hero is one of the most common requests we receive. With such a large roster of heroes, balancing outfit releases can be challenging. When planning outfits, we usually starts with a central theme, then determine which hero best fits that concept. Teams across visuals, narrative and hero design all collaborate closely throughout the process. With that, we are also exploring ways to involve the community more directly in the way we develop ideas, including working on ways to make it happen and co-create with the community.
╰┈➤ Viggo Tarasov: I heard that Naraka is about to launch officially in Vietnam. I need to know if this is true. If the game launches a server in Vietnam, will Steam players be able to switch servers?

Just a heads-up, the transfer between Steam and VNG are limited by the platform. We appreciate your understanding. However, both versions share the Southeast Asia server region, enabling cross-version friend invites and matchmaking. Players who registered before the delisting will experience no disruption. While the game will be delisted (meaning new Vietnamese players cannot find it), it will remain in your Steam/Epic Library. You can continue updating, logging in, and playing normally. Your game version will stay synchronized with global updates, and you will retain full access to all in-game events.

In 2026, we will continue expanding and refining Rift Traversal. Recent drop rate adjustments and the introduction of Solo Mode are just the first steps. Our long-term goal is to make looting feel rewarding, combat engaging, and escape smooth and accessible.
We also have major content updates planned. At Naraka Fest, we announced the new chapter [𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐝]. Along with it comes new gameplay, it allows players to switch between PVE and PVP gameplay modes, while also enjoying a more immersive story to experience. We plan to continue releasing a few chapters throughout 2026.
And last but not least, [𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐝] will go live on January 21 PT. We will closely monitor feedback and encourage everyone to give it a try.

Yes, absolutely. First, we are introducing a new Shuffle Map revealed at Naraka Fest called The Maelstrom: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyDzziYEQwk
This map dynamically reconstructs itself using elements from three previous maps, ensuring that every match feels fresh and unpredictable. We have also added brand new mechanics, including Chaos Sea and Omni Realms. As many players have already guessed, this map will also allow players to obtain brand new Extreme Weapons.
All of this content will arrive with the Season update on December 29 PT, which means you will be able to experience it TOMORROW!
In addition, a brand new map for The Herald's Trial is planned for release in the summer, so please stay tuned.

Takeda adjustments are currently under careful evaluation. Hero reworks are complex and require balancing feedback from both casual and professional players, which can differ significantly. At the same time, we aim to introduce a clear role in the meta while preserving the hero's core identity.
We completed Tarka Ji’s rework earlier this year and gained valuable experience from that process, which will help guide future hero adjustments.

That's a great suggestion! Potato graphics mode has officially been added to our list.
Putting jokes aside, optimization remains a long-term focus for us. We recently released a new patch, and many players should already notice performance improvements after logging in.
At Naraka Fest, we also shared updates on optimization progress. The current median frame rate across all hardware specs is 116 FPS, representing a 12 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Performance gains are even more noticeable on mid to low end systems, which have seen improvements of up to 22 percent. Targeted optimizations have also helped narrow the gap between high and low FPS experiences.

Spamming the same emote in multiple channels is considered spam and is against the server rules. This clutters chats, makes it harder for others to enjoy conversations and confuses the purpose of the channel.
I know this is probably due to the check in bot, but spamming in different channel will get you time out. So, as a solution, we have this:
- Talk in #💬┃general-chat or any other channel where you can have conversations
- Participate in #📆┃on-going-event
- Play owo in #🤖┃bot-commands (this accommodates “spam” to an extent as you can put the same command multiple times when you play)
NOTE: This also applies to spamming the same link or picture in multiple channels. The only thing that gets posted in multiple channels is the game update link with patch notes.
