IMHO Zai, Yoto Hime, Yueshan and Shayol (to an extent) are beginner-friendly, their skills and ultis aren't at all complicated or require much game knowledge to be able to use them properly, so you can focus on the fights and mechanics themselves as a beginner

Cyra sounds good, but for the love of god, don't pick her, she's been nerfed to the ground and back and is extremely difficult to play competently, despite, on paper, being an intergalactic disintegrator laser angel
