I noticed that when you're in the middle of a fight and you start clashing a weapons there's a odd sound that happens with one of them where it's a little bit more like a bell but then it stops you from moving all together you just stand still no matter what button I press my person won't move for a couple of seconds and I've lost multiple matches because of this Why is that how do you do it and how do you prevent it?

i really dont know but personally i use pistol/musket after a combo (guarenteed hit) and cannon/bow to shoot people

Go into training, turn the bot to attack you with normal attack and then just spam vertical attacks at him, you'll see. Also do you need info where in the game you can read about specific atacks of the weapon?

Yeah that's actually what I'm doing right now and that's why I'm having a hard time understanding but they automatically gave him throwing knives too so I thought it was a universal weapon thing I didn't know it was something only throwing knives can actually do

With that bell sound effect only them. But actually both short weapons and heavy weapons have some of their own white-attack clashing mechanics. Go to the list of weapons in the game and under the name of selected weapon there are buttons to read about attacks. Also when you hold the weapon in a match, you can press F3 for PC (dunno for other platforms).

From December 19th, my friends and I have been experiencing severe stuttering while playing the game. At the same time, our network ping suddenly spikes.
Before this date, the game ran normally on the same systems and internet connections. The issue happens consistently during matches, especially in combat, making the game almost unplayable.

if your computer is restarting in the game its prob a overheat or driver issue. More times then not that is not a game issue, check temps update all your drivers and windows updates , verifiy game files though steam
