Theres a lot of benefits to your idea honestly, even the stopping Ammo production in the Country. Even if people can make their own ammo, 1. That takes time, money, and education. Yes theyll pass down the knowledge, however there will be less ammo on the street overall, and not every criminal will have a connection that can teach them to make ammo. 2. Anyone that knows how, and is making ammo, can be found easier than 100s of millions of guns.

Plus schools and businesses will have actual forms of protection against active shooters, even if its a small percentage, its better than what we have
