If you manage to dodge them at least 70% of the times I'd say to keep doing it

Parries are a very aggressive callout, meaning that they also carry a huge risk in case you miss them

Dodging is always your best bet unless you know that the enemy is going to act in a certain way 👍

That aside, if you want to train parries, it can be a good idea to go into practice tool and test a bit around with the bot

U can set it up to do certain actions, fight you....
