Unironically we call the first 100-200 hours of Warframe the tutorial.. it sounds rough but really you have a lot to do in that window but best thing to do is focus on msq and star chart early on. People get overwhelmed with the extra details instead of just engaging with what the game actually gives you to do going in. Before it was all just chaos it's been changed to be more new player friendly in last 2 years
