i am kinda getting back but there is still a vaguely general thing if you want to be really stuck with the meta, there are some better weapons in solos, the ones that can help you get mix and good neutral, like the katana and its pair, dual blades and halberds are a great source of damage and a bit of neutral

i am more of a solo player, i have seen lots of people with the fistblades,daggers and fan are also good because you get extra dashes

going around dashing in 3v3 is not that great but in a 1v1 its good

and its always good to have atleast one ranged weapon for finishing off, mixing some damage, advanced combos and hitting bells at range

not dumb those are congeneric weapons, they share some basic mechanics like the running focus attack and a blue focus followup after a blue focus

you can usually do similar combos, but the souljades are different and some specifics are different aswell

i think halberds have another followup but i dont remember if that is souljade tied or no, it has like a focus attack that puts you in the air that you can follow up
