In Fusion I would try using the loft tool. You may have to add a construction plane to achieve your result...but I have been drinking Rye Manhattans for an hour or so, so don't trust the advice you get on Discord!

Thinking of ditching revo for rapido is triangle labs just phaetus seconds or something?

I believe it’s normal to get a triangle labs version if you get a PT1000 because phaetus didn’t have those for a while

on the topic of breaking stuff .. I bought a replacement Rapido heater cartridge

Pulled the thermistor wire right out of it before even installing it

You were meant to get a raipido that’s why! I did that on my revo, bought a new heater cartridge and the thermistor wire snapped near the plug end after 5 days. Luckily I was able to recrimp it and it’s been fine since.

Pretty sure you can replace the thermistor, and it's just a glass bead style at the top

but ... before I ever installed it onto the heatsink it has a kink in it

I’ve been watching my… “custom” stepper tower fix, no issues

but the other stepper tower is pitching a fit now and keeps throwing its belts

I think this one is failing in the same way as the other so the corner idlers aren’t straight anymore
