The server confusion is from thousands clicking at once and the server resolving between different servers which click came first. If there were seats left over after the initial surge- there wouldn’t be this kind of issue- put a ticket in to the developers and ask for more seats

There was a problem with feast where there were still 2k seats but my players couldn't join. The seats finished filling about halfway through but those players still couldn't get in before that. It was telling them it was full.

I'm still shocked that this event isn't a "knock out" system.
The first battle was fresh and new and explained absolutely TERRIBLY and an all out war. Huge losses (well for the first round forts. After that it was Naps and hand holding and hair brushing)
There was 15 forts on the lower tier. The winners of those events should have then gone on participate within the 3 forts above, 5 on 5 per fort.
THEN the 3 winners of that should proceed to the final stage to battle it out. Finally naming the Victor.

Ok a lot of ppl here screaming for mods to fix the game. That's like screaming at a cop to change the speed limit. So realize they have no real power on the game and go check your anger issues.
As for the ppl saying that if you buy a ticket you deserve a reserved seat at the feast. The ticket gets you a spot in the battle, to expect it to do anything more is simply a sense of entitlement. Nothing more. If 5k of the ppl that bought tickets couldn't make the scheduled feast wouldn't that make it worse. There are a lot of ppl that DO pay money on the game that could buy things during the feast but didn't buy a ticket due to the fact thar an HQ their size would only get crushed, so it's pointless.
I see so much bad chat in the game about how these events only help the rich get richer and yet so many ppl here are complaining now about how the rich deserve more and better free rewards. The games doesn't ever make me want to quit, but I can deal with not getting the best stuff or being the strongest player because I'm emotionally stable. Yeah the loss of troops and might in conquest is crazy. In the 2 hours of the first round I healed 10 times used all my heals. Filled my infirmary’s, filled my deep healing, and filled alliance infirmary. Still lost 2 million T12. But I knew what I was getting into. I was committed to help my state / alliance. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with the latest updates and was on 5G . I couldn’t get into feast at all. It isn’t necessarily the users devices. It’s the fact that the devs are more worried about lining their pockets than actually fixing problems within the game. Every new event that comes out has had crazy glitches and lag. That tells me that they’re not actually trying the new updates out in a test setting before shoving them out to the masses. The fact that they didn’t anticipate this is rather ridiculous to say the least. The amount of servers in 1 feast alone will crash the whole thing. Add in only 30,000 seats is even worse. They need to stop creating more states and work of fixing issues within those already open. It’s sad when those that spend crazy amounts of money in the game can’t even participate.

Every time something new comes that people don’t like or get what they want, there are big declarations about how “this will be the fall of the game.” It won’t be. It’s understandable to be frustrated and annoyed, my friends haven’t gotten in and I always feel bad and wish I could give them my spot and we could trade after a bit of time. Which I think could be a good suggestion. But people continue to spend money and so it’s going to continue to grow. And unfortunately those who stop spending are not the ones the devs will listen to. They’ll continue to listen to those who do.

But even that being said…people who spend a lot still don’t get in all the time.

The issue isn’t that it’s capped at a specific amount. That’s fine and dandy, and their prerogative. The issue I’m seeing complaints about is that it will say “Capacity Reached” or whatever, but the “Sign in” doesn’t reflect that.

Also, screaming at the mods is like screaming at the cashiers at a grocery store for the price of food. They can’t do anything about it, and it’s rude.

Those that are experiencing the capacity/sign in issue should contact cs. Just like last time. Report the issues. Will it get fixed? Maybe 🤷‍♀️ but this is the difficult part

It’s not great. I can agree to that. There are still tons of things that need work. But an event like this is hard to get right the first few times around.

Also, the money aspect… that is how it works in every single game. Money spent = better game play. I, myself, am in the FTP category. I don’t spend much, but enough to make it enjoyable. However, an event like this will likely turn a bigger profit keeping it at a set capacity. Incentivized players to spend more once they’re in blah blah. It’s a business strategy, but it doesn’t mean it’s a good one

It’s super frustrating. It really is. However, 1. the amount of people all fighting to get in can cause major system overload. 2. Seats vs Sign-In is super inaccurate, which will cause issues. 3. Attendance is not dependent on money spent…at all. 4. This is a brand new launch for this game. There’s going to be kinks and bumps.

It’s fine to be frustrated and angry. It’s fine to be disappointed that you didn’t make it in even if you clicked within the first 5 seconds and “qued” in. BUT, try to have some patience and don’t yell at mods/other players who got in or got secondary accounts in. Turn your attention to CS. Bombard them if you have to, and have your alliance take screenshots of the “sign in” to prove it isn’t full. Nothing runs perfectly the first time as unexpected bumps happen.

Just had the Sequoia Feast.
I managed to get in, but had the “queue” popup. Seconds later an alliance member mentioned that the limit has been reached. There was more than the mandatory 100 seats for the hosting alliance that was still vacant. So unless there was extremely bad connection for some who have been waiting in queue, this will need to be looked into.

Sometimes it’s just pure lucky to get in or not. I don’t see how the amount you spend determines if you get a seat… cause I’m not a spender.

Again, this is the first time they’ve hosted this event. There will be plenty of issues that they need to work on and hopefully improve on til next event. If the same issues still happen at the same magnitude…. then yeah, start a riot! (For those who are claiming that they had this on PnC - yes they did. But there’s more activity on this chat now than that entire game)

The apps I've tested for devs - I've been in direct daily contact with the devs, and each launch was almost seamless. It's the development teams that work the miracles based on feed back. I seriously don't understand how such a profitable company like 37 Games, can't get this shit even close to right. They have the money to "work out the kinks". Yes things can go wrong, but this scale of wrong is just epic.

Condense the winning states every tier they go and just exclude states that don’t meet the requirements. It’ll still be the top players of the game without crowding it so much.
