Showdown won’t end before WK begins. In many states members quit their original and join a neutral alliance to help with Zenith. Will this cause us not to receive showdown rewards when we come back to original alliance at the end of WK.

You can claim your rewards up to 3 days after the event ends. You can leave your alliance as many times as you want and still claim them. But any quests you are in process of doing will fail if you quit without completing them.

If you have a quest that you are in the middle of doing and you quit/get kicked from the alliance then it will fail. but any remaining quests that you are able to do you will be able to do when you rejoin

Yeah, ours is usually pretty good, were not total sticklers like some alliances that demand a minimum and boot you if you dont meet it, though we have got a few players recently from alliances who do this, so i cant say its all bad lol.

I usually just go for the 173 point gathering ones, now that ever since unlocking swift gather, its been easy to gather 7.2M wood or food in a pretty good amount of time, if i use 50% gather speed, and time my swift gathers for level 7 pops, and keep up on it, I can do them in a pretty decent amount of time.. and they add up in points pretty quickly.

Can we get a cap increase on daily alliance coins or an option to buy them. Frustrating during showdown when I take a mystery quest and 3x back to back u get consume 800k coins. Had to cancel 1 because I can’t even gather that amount at a 40k cap limit. Only two things u can’t buy in this game is Leah frags and alliance coins

You can buy alliance coins with diamonds through the Alliance Donate option. There is no limit to how many you can get that way.
And don’t take mystery quests. They are awful and don’t help your alliance. They should all be deleted by your R4s for better choices.

It can get expensive (diamond cost increases), but if you get good multipliers it can help. But I’ve done it several times, including when short for Showdown.

Most of the mystery quests are mostly higher point values, but unless you are willing to do anything($$$) to complete the tasks, the failure rate for random quests tends to be very high. So having a bunch of failed high point quests doesn’t help anyone. We delete every Random❓quest, every healing quest (unless someone already has enough injured troops they will heal anyway), transport “any” resource (specific resource transfer ones are okay but the “any” resource is lesser value), the 113 point gear/mod/chip ones (the 120 point ones require half the material to complete for more points), and any doubles that arent being taken quickly.

I suggest to add the training unit and the healing units to your ignore list. Instead of train too many units someone can choose the increase troop might that have better points and will need less units, time and resources to complete. As the healing one i think it cost too much for the points that gives. There are so many other quest to get with the same points. You have made a great job. Thank you again.

The 10th quest you paid for with diamonds was unlocked when you paid with the diamonds, but you haven’t selected a quest after. It says you have 1 quest available (Can Accept 1).
After you complete your 9/9, paying for a extra slot and choosing an extra quest is a 2 step process. When you try to do an extra quest it stops you and (step 1) makes you unlock the chance to do a quest with diamonds, but you then have to (step 2) go back and now select a quest since you have a slot to do so now.

It’s honestly a stressful event that I don’t particularly enjoy. The free stuff is nice but I get stressed because people get mad about freeloaders and people get too intense. Plus most of the tasks are extremely tedious which to my brain is like torture. Repetitive actions kill me. It’s why I hate training days or anything requiring a lot of arena or campaign.

I think I captured everything in your list (except rss - wasn't clear on if it was any rss type or a specific type). I also added blank line for building might increase because I know it is a regular quest but wasn't sure if it is a mystery quest.

I assume the blanks all have values -- ie, that there is a buy diamond quest amount for 150 and 210, or AP quest for 180 and 240. Hopefully this easily helps ID the items that still need data.

Ultimately my goal was to help someone quickly weigh the risk/reward of going up a tier in the mystery list by putting all of them on the same line and the same order.

Why clear all those? AP and Stam consumption are usually pretty easy for anyone with those saved up ... especially VIP 13+ players with the AP. And gathering, especially food, can also be done by players with Swift Gatherer from Talent Point Skills.

Understand you can leave and join before the event end, but how about leaving during calculation/event end phase.

The only time that you’re required to be in alliance is before it starts. If you’re in the middle of a quest and you quit you’ll just loose that quest but not the whole event. You can do all your quest and leave alliance for whatever reason and come back later to claim you rewards.

If you are in the middle of a quest when you quit your alliance, it will count as a fail. Otherwise as long as you return to your alliance before the end of the prize redemption period (3 days after the event ends), you can still claim your full rewards. And if you return during the quest phase, you can still complete new quests as well.

Because the adv tokens are random reward, it could be as little as 1 token, or as many as 50 or more. Likely able to clear it with 20-30 coins, but better just to convert gold choice cards since those are fixed points and guaranteed.

Maybe it's because you didn't have enough points. Some alliances kick people and let them in after the rewards aren't available.

Some alliances wants 100% participation - 1000pts (or 1500pts) per player. If you have less pts,they won't let you claim the rewards.

So i just used 55 then 50 promoter 2 boxes to clear a get gear alliance showdown quest and no points have been added. The damn quest is still pending yet i needed only 80 boxes. Please tell these people to fix their shit and not dupe us into buying more and more shit

Always healing and training units unless someone is going to be training 15k (the lowest and easiest). Someone could take the healing one if it overlaps with trials of survival as it does this time. But if not, always delete. Usually delete the 3 day gathering ones bc points aren’t worth it and they eat up a lot of time that people don’t realize if they can’t get them done in a few hours (which works if the resource matches your alliance resource spot). If after a few hours no one takes a quest, I delete those as well.

We’ll leave the low point transports if someone’s farm is going to be transporting a lot of rss though.
I’ll take the long range gathering because I can forget, or not be able, to log on in time to send them right back out, so I have some wiggle room.

Je suppose que les blancs ont toutes des valeurs -- c'est-à-dire qu'il y a un montant de quête en diamant pour 150 et 210, ou la quête AP pour 180 et 240. Espérons que cela aide facilement à identifier les éléments qui ont encore besoin de données.

En fin de compte, mon but était d'aider quelqu'un à peser rapidement le risque/reward de monter un niveau dans la liste mystère en les mettant tous sur la même ligne et le même ordre.

Lol, mystery quests are a bane! We don’t do them, so I delete. Frequently!
Sometimes there’ll be none, then after someone completes a quest we’ll get one.
Other times I’ll delete some and have them pop back up a half hour later.
I can appreciate the fact the quests are randomly generated, but could we get an opt out for mystery quests please? Lol. Yes, I’ll put this in suggestions once timer runs down.

like you said, different alliances have different people who like to take different things. there is no rules of thumb, i think. but it’s better to communicate a clear and consistent quest removal guideline ahead of time, so that people can provide feedbacks or at least know what to expect.

Yup. I recommend sending mail out and see what people prefer and give a rough estimate on how long an event will stick around before it’s been refreshed.

Example with my alliance, not many people do the mystery quests only a few do, so I leave one 240 ? on the board. All else I remove since there are quests that are quests that are worth 176pts and you know what you’re signing up for.

Since our state is NAP, there’s no need for healing quests. So those are gone. Duplicates, gone. Been there for more than 6 hours, gone. 😂 I tend to leave a few that pertain to the daily event like Ace… right now it’s build / research so I leave those til reset.

I dont go for the healing quests but when others in my alliance do and ask for help, I tell them make taxis, zombie hunt highest level. you can get 1.6k injured taxies per hunt, and get your stamina back

There are a few missing from the list, I have not had the opportunity to monitor all the ones coming through to catch them yet. Good point on the 87 point quest, if you see it pop up please dm me with the correct quantity. By the way, avoid the red quests as they are not worthwhile.

We have one or two who will ask for transport quests to be saved so their farms can transfer rss to the main and still help the team.
If I see requests in chat, I’ll keep those particular quests around. I’ll also announce when certain quests are up. Like arena challenges, lair quests, train units (great for getting those taxis!), mystery shop, and radio. Those go quite fast since people get tired rather quickly of gathering all the time and need a short break from it.

i suggest have a discussion in the alliance and plan before the event which tasks you want to look for.

• Plan to move resources around? - keep the 126 transports
• Gathering - someone wants to gather specific resources, or just keep 172 task of gathering that is same as alliance mill (can finish task quick if been gathering for couple of days there)
• decide if you want to do the 100 or 113 131 tasks : for us they not worth since the effort of 113 or 131 is almost same as 143 tasks.
• Keep good tasks like lair/arena/help/alliance coin etc.
• Someone plan to do question mark tasks? since its random anyway we decided to keep 240 only
• Decide if you want to keep high point tasks even if they are not aligned for example with ACE day, for example after ACE day 2 and before ACE day 5-6 we remove even 176 build and research tasks

Yes but, depending on your highest unlocked tier, it might cost MORE to promote than train that tier in the first place! Ie. T1 to T10.
The cost evens out for T1-t10, but I bet it’s a much more pronounced difference for promoting to t11 or 12.
My tip would be to keep all those T1s for gathering and to help protect your base during an attack because you’re right that’s it’s much cheaper to heal a t1than a t10, lol.

If they are actually active, your only recourse is to boot them before the rewards phase starts this coming reset, and not let them back in until the phase ends in three days. And you should be booting inactives to make room for more actives anyway.

I got a question. What do y'all do on your Alliance to encourage more players to finish all quests for Alliance Showdown? My alliance is going to be ranked Elite on the next one and, as much as I enjoy having extra reward tiers to unlock, not many players of my alliance actually put the effort in.
Last Showdown we had 64 players participating, only 14 took all quests chances (including the 2 we can buy with diamonds) and only 10 or so managed to get over 1,000 points.

Me and the other R4 r always making sure we remove the quests that seem impossible and make it clear to them that our pms r open to ask for help if they need to, or that they can ask in Alliance chat, but feels like most of them don't even care enough to try helping during the event, given the numbers, and it's frustrating.

This is a good idea for those who don’t participate at all, but I mostly see it with farm accounts. For me I have my main and four farms, I’m good at making sure I get all my tasks done somehow. But for others it’s not that easy and they may not have the time to get all their task done or started.

There are some super easy tasks that a farm can do: sometimes solo, sometimes with a little help.
Spend alliance coin, lairs, mystery shop, arena challenges are all good for low level hq and farms without much time on their hands.

But my opinion if your putting a certain amount of points a person needs to get rewards, do it like you do alliance trials but a bit better. It would depend on rank that the alliance is in, and let’s say you can do ten quest and your alliance can get 20 rewards at the end. You might need 750 points to get all rewards at 38 points per one reward. And it would matter that you get 75 points per quest. Like if you did a quest for 100 points you only need 50 more for that next two rewards.

Not sure if that made sense hopefully it does

Unfortunately too many of them don’t care. I don’t expect everyone to always be able to do a full set of quests. And players with multiple characters can understandably have some that do less (but hopefully not none).
But the player that does 0/0 and 10 minutes after rewards are available pops up those auto-congrats for tavern Heros or Glory levels, etc, those players do frustrate every player who pushed hard to get those rewards for the Alliance.

Alliance... Tasks under 100 are easy yes, but there are also easy tasks over 100 like gathering, helps, mystery, quiz... Also my farm (freetoplay) doing around 1500-1700 points

It depends on the alliance and the R5, for you that may be a good idea to be getting more point more rewards. Where as in other alliances they may not participate and think that the higher points is like a higher cost and think they can’t do it because of their small might. Other alliance leaders may be thinking if they do 5 50 point tasks that’s more than nothing.

It does not. As long as you are in the alliance more than 10 minutes before the start of Showdown on Monday, you will able to participate in the event (even if you leave and come back after the start of the event until the end of the prize redemption period).

There are resources belts, you should search for those closer to you

Usually 4 or 5 are easy to find

When you bring up the search bar there is a slider that goes from 1-7: slide it to a 6 and see what you get. If nothing, use the - to go down one and search again. If you are in the yellow or light green ares in the pic below you can also search for 7, but those are highly sought after and are more likely to lead to a tile hit than the others.

Hello, is there anyway you can make Reserve Task option in Alliance Showdown? There are many time members want a task but they are being stuck at another task and that task got deleted. It makes member mad but in Alliance, there are many member in different time zone so hard to communicate. 1If we can reserve a task in some given time with diamonds then the issue will be resolved. Just my thought. Thanks!

Best place to put this is #💭closed-game-suggestions . It will probably get seen better by a <@&742285797725569104> and then they'll add it to their report for the captains. I like the suggestion although it could lead to an issue of people reserving too many or something and then no available quests. Maybe make it to where R4's and up or just the R5 can see who reserved and still delete if there is too many.

Does anyone know if any particular troop type is faster at gathering? With the alliance showdown quests it would be nice to know if there is a troop type or set up that gathers the fastest. 😉

Reset nova settings to increase gathering speeds. Economy settings side of nova. Troops move only as fast as the settings. Trucks are more than enough to gather. @eager turtle

Coule also put a max in how many you can reserve ahead. Maybe one. That way others get a go at the easy, high paying ones as well, and we have our next one ready for when we hit complete.

All troops gather at the same rate. But riders get there and back faster, so I only use riders to gather. Some troops hold more per troop (cars, then fighters) but it just means you can send fewer, not that they gather faster.

Force close the game, reload and see if that fixes it. If not close game and fix game. Sometimes for me if I'm on the screen a while it doesn't refresh the quest when someone takes it.

Could you fix the rates of the mystery tasks? You know something isn't right when 4/6 on the last showdown you got 3x spend 75k diamonds, 1 acquire 12k diamonds! On this showdown, 4/5 you got 2x acquired 12k diamonds, 2x buy 12 packs!

They do that to try and force people to spend more money. I also keep getting a much higher rate of spend quests. Out of 3 240s, 2 of them were recharge 15K diamonds.

Help quests are easy regardless of the week, ask your alliance to spam healing, like 20 to 100 troops at a time, you can get 100 helps in just a few minutes

In reference to showdown. There’s quests for troop might which is the amount of troops you need to make. And then there is also speedups. Which is the amount of speedups used.
So if your going for the might. I would recommend not promoting. And speedups, that’s up to you. Some have massive amounts of T1. But if you trying to change all your T9 to T10. Then that would also be affective

You can leave your alliance but not participate in others showdown. You must also return before end of week reset to collect rewards and any unfinished quests you have open will be canceled when you swap alliances.
