I just clicked accept on a hero frag personal quest and it registered on my quest count (from 8/8 to 8/9), but never showed up as my current quest, and started the 30min personal quest cool-down. And of course because i didn’t take screenshots of the quest both before and after accepting, i already know that CS wont do anything about it and will claim it’s user error 😡

It is a 7 day event. I have done 1 quest so far. I am patient and wait for things to lineup and overlap as many other ongoing events as possible. I will finish top 3 in my alliance at the end of the week and have gained more extras than most others in my alliance. Like everything, planning and patience will get you more in the end. (Yes, I’m stealing from the tortoise and the hare)

Just as long as you come back to your alliance before showdown is over, you can still get your rewards.

Just make sure you complete your current quest before leaving your alliance otherwise it will be considered a fail and you dont get the chance back.

You will be unable to do showdown while your in another alliance.

Tavern exchange is a no but you can recruit heros from the tokens. The 0 refers to that and cards obtained from most events like ace, offweek and idk about this one but I think joy is a no go too

Tavern exchange is when you recycle extra frags for points toward exchanging them for frags of other heroes.
I’ll use mine as an example.
I exchange all my 2, 3, and 4 (except Chae since she isn’t maxed yet) star hero frags for points so I can buy frags for Fox, Ephraim, Ulrik, or Requiem (the only 5* heroes you can buy there).
Getting frags this way is 0 points since you already got the points for the frags you traded in.

Agree. We try to do this kiiiind of thing manually but it’s clunky. Essentially we take everyone who scores below 1000 points and we put them in tier 2. And if we have to make room because a big group wants to merge (which is happening now) tier 2 is available for us to kick. If people can’t do the event, they’re free to move to a farm for the duration without consequence. It’s not easy to solve the freeloader problem, but this is the —very imperfect— solution we settled on.

It does not work in that regard. If you've members who did zero, they collect rewards same as members who put in effort. I've posted it in game suggestions a few times myself, but it would nice to see it tiered with levels opened up at minimum point requirements. I also dislike entertaining the idea of simply kicking players over one event but it is a little frustrating that despite being teammates there are always a handful that ride the coattails of others and don't bother trying at all.. but reap all the rewards anyways.

Yes. But. There are systems in place where leadership can enforce their own rules. Making it a double tiered event is just silly. Also. Let's say the R5 can set a minimum amount of points. Like you said, there are always always exceptions. This is just over complicating stuff. Everybody can see all the scores, alliance mail is a thing, kicking players is a thing and accepting them on Thursday is also a thing. Major thing is there's always exceptions, how you expect them to code around that when leadership can handle that themselves?

Yes. You can return to your alliance after WK to continue participating, complete and claim your Showdown rewards.

Just make sure you complete any ongoing quests before quitting your alliance.

Depending on the league your alliance is in you get a set amount of quests. After that you can buy 3 more for 1k diamonds each. look in the top right of the quest screen

My alliance recently moved.. and we had to start over.. now we are at max points on lvl 15 in showdown... will the lvl go up. Ex. From 15 to 20 etc.etc. because we hit all the levels.. or does it go up based on the total number of points collected.. ex. We needed 30k points to get max out at lvl 15...so if we get, say 60k points will the lvl go up.. or is it strictly based upon completion of the lvls.. and amount of points gained has no effect on going to the next lvl?

We've had visitors from other alliances. I reached out to the R5 and let them know how much space we had and made room for a bit more by asking some less active farm accounts to join others. The leader was made R4 to let his members in. All visitors are held to the same minimum and also entered into our lottery.
A separate alliance I invited to join us, I offered to join them with my farm accounts to help the members who didn't join to do showdown. Mutual exchange 😃

It’s a little more complicated than I thought. The pints goes by league and hq level.
My hq 18 is in pro league and will need 77 points in order to claim tier 15 if we get that far.
My 28 is in elite and will need 700 point to claim the highest tier.
My 29 is in star league and will need 501 point for the final tier.
My hq 30 is in elite and will need 700 points.
And my 31 is in elite and will need 700 points.

Getting a personal hero quest on hero day for me is about like getting a Dara frag from 43 lair.

Press the globe butting on the world map, the press the bottom button. It will look like the screen shot. This shows where each level of tiles is located, nit not the tiles themselves. This should help you find some with a reasonable range. It think the furthest you can search is a radius of 350 km. From your current location.

Is it true that you have to buy your extra tries before you run out?
Both showdowns I've done have been in pro (8 tries) and veteran (9 tries) league.
The first time in pro league, before I ran out of tries, it showed me the + symbol to buy more. I did all 8 and that + disappeared. I couldn't do any more.
Now I'm doing a veteran league showdown, I bought my two extra tries at the beginning and I can do 11 total (the 7 I've done already plus it shows I can do 4 more).

If that's the case, that's terrible and I'll be mentioning it in the suggestions channel.

If you watch for refreshes though, it's pretty easy to get 1k+ points on the first day.

In addition to the ones mentioned above, anything that matches up with the daily events are good (like hero frags on hero day)

Though, it also helps if your r4s are quickly refreshing the bad ones..

I have to disagree. As my alliances rule... real life first. Let them claim the rewards for the amount of effort they could put in that week. They will always do better next time.

Oh real life always comes first. My alliance knows this and yet they still all made enough to claim all their rewards. I did. my friends accounts today alone and hit 1500 points. 🤷🏽‍♀️

You need 550 personal points to collect up to lvl 22 reward. Honestly it isn’t that many points. And I would say it’s fair.

Yes, several in my alliance can't collect what they unlocked either. I hope it is fixed soon or many may find themselves not helping at all because of it.

Yeah I was referring about the points since I saw some people complaining about the personal scores requirements.

No you cannot claim it and it has nothing to do with your Alliance getting to top points but you as an individual, not scoring the points needed to get the lvl your Alliance got to. So if you did not score 1000 points (if your Alliance is in Star) then that is on you. Several player were complaining that they do the work in their Alliance and other rep the rewards for barely trying or not even trying at all. If you really wanted those rewards then put in to work.

My thoughts is that. Personal score won’t let you select all if you didn’t do enough points. And like in the past if you didn’t select all rewards you couldn’t collect the rewards. Reason only people that were missing points have the problem.

If you look at all the pictures posted, to the right are the points players made and to the left are the what was required. Everyone has claimed up to the point they made the points for. That what I am saying

Yeah the personal point requirements are with the alliance point requirements but like normal not everything is very well worded or obvious lol also was part of the most recent update.

Actually there are some that aren’t able to collect anything even after selecting up to which ever points they got too. They select their rewards and scroll down to the claim and it doesn’t allow them to select “claim”. But I assume there is a fix around that coming soon.

Very disappointing. The minimums are extremely low as it is. Once alliances reach a certain level, the point minimum is what should be required to claim anything. Either that or raise the minimums.

I was confused about the same thing, but my son-in-law was able to figure it out for me, even though he's never played this particular game. I didn't finish any quests so I didn't get anything. Makes sense to me now!

You now have to participate to get rewards so yes its not hard to figure out

It was their fix for those who have been suggesting a minimum contribution so that freeloaders need to earn points to get the rewards.

Players didn’t like the situation where everyone in the alliance was getting the rewards for not doing anything. Some alliances even kicked members who didn’t contribute short of the reward phase.

You can claim rewards for points personally earned now. No more than what you’ve earned.
