I think PNS likes this system because it's simple. Just randomly match up states with similar amount of ranking points. No complicate system of trying to determine relative strength of a state, which players always try to game anyway.

I am curious about one thing. I have become state aide today and my state is looking to rotate titles between the different nap alliances. When I appointed the wrong person to one title and I tried to switch it, the appoint box was grayed out. Why is that? What is a good way to rotate titles if I don't want to wait for the cooldown?

Diamond harvest is 300 diamonds the gov gets to collect daily. I believe it’s there so they can send out hub notices. The other one you’re thinking of is light of fortune which gives a 5% boost to diamonds of any pack you buy while activated. Pairs Nicely with doomfest

You don’t need to take the state. But it can allow you to practice and prepare. Learn to run rallies, spot weaknesses, see how your team works together and how far players are willing to go.

It was definitely a good learning experience. Put up a good fight against a bunch of 1b+ players.

I was no longer getting points after I had so many wounded because they all kept permanently dying and I never got another milestone and I kept training and killing used ,a €60 gift card on pop up speed up training and rss deals even all t9s completely dying over 290k at least after the last milestone I got (9000 points) and I never got another dying or killing milestone and neither maxed completely but before deep healing hit 500k it was going up with tile hits and yes tile hits can kill if you are solo after leaving state defense faction and have your own facilities maxed apparently who really knew that was a thing honestly.

Radio test for smackdown pops up quite frequently saying choice where you never loose troops and resources tiles is the double rewards others are single this conflicts each other evidence and programed information

It's possible. A simplified thinking is it is roughly based on the number of participants regardless of their participation in the alliance holding the hub.

Occupation is capped at like 2k? While both kill and casaulty points do diminish to a certain level. So with more participants in a state, you get more points than a state that has a concentrated number of participants.

Units on a tile don’t die. Unless your infirmary and the green thingy infirmary are maxed out. And some go to your alliance infirmary if you are in your state. If you are in another state, they die.

Unfortunately that is a scummy tactic that can work.
If you're not completely mismatched, it's always a good idea to have towers completely filled with your strongest players, expecting an attack. That's about all you can do.
Not sure how successful you'd be at recruiting the other state to help defend against the nap breaker, but if they're strong enough, maybe they'll be happy to take a hub and not feel bad about it 😂

Take a big hit. That's the only way. They stack so you can take big hits several months apart. They don't appear for wk and VC, as you get other compensation instead.
And, I've never tried it, but I don't believe reinforcing will give you the relief package. Also, all/most troops must be in your sanctuary as it's the loss of a certain number of troops which triggers relief goods, I believe.

It’s decided by your state’s points and grade. Not every state that is old is strong. But they have the same grade and similar points as your stats.

Sounds about right. I remember my first several WKs were basically in my battle division and we faced the same 2-3 states every time.
Then we opened up and got matched with much older states. I think in the first one it was against a double-digit state number and maybe a 2-300 state.
We still managed to negotiate a nap and everyone was happy.

Yeah like we said, sometimes that happens. It seems to only be based on grade, not any other factor like overall might, population, previous records, etc.
Folks decide they want to rank up and take a state, not much you can do about it.
Only thing you can do is try to negotiate nap when it opens and hope everyone is feeling good.

For newer states, it's a bit harder to grow because of the new immigration rules. Most of our highest power players flew in before that. But I'm looking at lots of newer states and they all seem to be much lower power than I expect, with the exception of whales.
Newer states are harder to get into because of approval, and they're more protective because everyone is worried about pirates so they don't let most folks in.

But casualties during WK will be counted and no additional casualties will count.

HOW-TO-WIN
Consecutively holding it for 8 hours straight.

Maximum holding time by the end of the event.
If it’s been switching occupations throughout the event, the state that holds it the highest total # of hours wins. If a state can hold the hub for 8 consecutive hours, they can still win even if you’ve held it the longest. Consecutive 8 hour hold overrules maximum total hours held.

SHIELD YO' HUB
Occupy another hub.
Home state hub will remain under a shield as long as you occupy another hub.

Reclaim home state hub.

Personally, im not a fan of mud sitting. It's a recipe for disaster when shields start falling, people getting hit and losing troops to their own infirmary without getting the benefit of fast comeback. Healing comes out of their stored stash.

Some poor guy in his 30s ported into the mud yesterday to try to occupy a turret. Of the many many millions of troops he had only about 200k were sent to the infirm and the rest perma dead. I couldn’t help it, was such a juicy target. I will never understand why players would risk it all. Player was from a state from the S300s so I’m assuming it took him a long time to build up those troops, gone in one hit 🥶

I used to do tracking to keep my state to stay in a certain grade so that's where my experience came from 😀 the only thing I haven't had a chance to experience is losing my own hub but occupying the other state's hub.

Also Tile casualties only count if your troops die (including deep healing)

You should have gotten casualty points unless it wasn’t enough to get the next tier of points. But you wouldn’t get fast comeback

you dont get casualty points from tile losses. You can only get kills from tiles. Casualty points only come from hub and turrets

You can get points from tiles yes, but only kill points. You get zero casualty points. go test it for yourself
