On November 21, 2021 at 1am I had my first mini stroke. I was taken to the hospital where I sat for six freaking hours while they saw a homeless person before me that was just lying to get to bed. Reminder, I had a stroke.

On November 21, 2021, at 7 AM, I took out that thing they injected into my wrist. Spoiler alert that hurt. I handed it to the horrified receptionist and walked out of the hospital.

On November 21, 2021 at 7 PM, I went out for tacos … because why not ….if you’re on the way out have some tacos

Update: spoiler alert, it is now July 2025, and my arteries are probably more blocked than a freeway out of a state with a natural disaster. Still having tacos. Praise the Lord.

I take the stick of butter and rub it across the pan just enough to grease it let it get up to temp and then pour my egg. Then you add the toppings and everything else that you want inside your scrambled omelette and it's delicious
