I had this whole routine. A lot like meditating before I went to sleep. Had to relax certain parts of my body in a specific order, and also focus on certain thoughts while I was doing that. If I could fall asleep during, or shortly after that, I would lucid dream every time.

As someone with agoraphobic symptoms/social anxiety, live shows have been a rare thing for me. But seen a few live shows, we have folk, country and tejano bands that do regular shows in the area, but it can get more diversified from rock, electronic/dj, rap/hiphop....it's rather diverse.

There are coping techniques and other such tools to facilitate but for big shows lawn or near exit seats were always a standard thing if I had preference or choice. Been dragged into plans before and trying to be normal or "act normal"/masking is an unhealthy strategy many use that doesn't address the issue but makes it harder to get help as well.
Have gotten help...but unless friends or family create a social obligation I much prefer sitting in the stability and control of home Theater/sound system.

Hope you get adequate care for such things, though for many things mitigation of agitation and working around the limitations are the most we can do.

As someone who was accident prone i don't make a competition out of injuries but do believe some make interesting stories. So besides the roller skating (btw rollerblades are more graceful in design, my opinion) do you have any other injuries that make for a good story/memory?

Most are from being dumb. The blown disk in my back from a car accident is the most annoying.

Excess sleep can be symptomatic of depression, but as long as you have meaning in your day in a sense of purpose and typically it shouldn't be too excessive...

I have a physiological condition that operates much like a spidey sense and tells me things are wrong but it's very ambiguous in this primarily caused by stress... And one of his stages it even makes me change colors to a much brighter red

Some of the things wrong it can warn of are sleep deprivation, not having eaten or being dehydrated, changes in atmospheric pressure, lack of proper hygiene, and emotional distress.

But if I'm taking care of myself it is out of sight and out of mind.

but wait there's more, too much sodium in diet, too much sugar, too much caffiene. this special nerve disorder can tell you through chronic widespread muscle pain, that you need to be a good hooman or simply toughen up and just deal with it.

Working overnight my diet is probably all of the above. but if I do physical therapy/meditation, and sleep enough it all balances out. sorta. 😅
