Pedialyte is a good option also. It tastes like a bit like butt but it’s got electrolytes. Too much sugar is the last thing you want because sugar can also lead to feeling dehydrated if your blood sugar goes too high. It’s actually a warning sign of diabetes if you keep drinking water and never feel hydrated. It’s because your blood sugar is too high. It’s how my mom caught it in my brother before he had to be hospitalized, which is usually what happens next.
