Well, I think it's different. It's been awhile since I looked at them, but I believe Doc's troop stats are maxed at 70, whereas Varvara's is not, as she is a 4-star hero

However in the campaign, she is probably more apt to survive at 70 than Doc is. I think

Comparing 3-star heroes against 4-star heroes is kind of hard

BUT, having said that, your campaign team needs a healer! And if Doc is your only healer, then stick with him until you get Hartwell.

Or, if you're lucky, Fox!

Hartwell is a much better healer than Doc.

And Fox is the best healer in the game.

Imo, anyway.
