People leave game or move to newer states. More profits from newer states where everything is flashy. Older states/bases it takes longer to see changes in your stats to occur.

(Mecha question recap, in case you don't wanna scroll: what has to happen / or what causes the next level quest to show in mecha) -- after a bit of time, found an answer - it just happened: (*Note: it may also be tied Training Center, but on 2 of my characters I left training center alone entirely, since our last convo, and haven't messed with anything in mecha aside from questing)

Findings: the 2 characters just went to level 5, so I believe PnS has it where if you complete x-amount of previous level quests you then go up to the next level.

Which sucks, because now they have to re-roll even more (since they cant do lvl 5 orange level quests -- no lvl 360+ heroes = re-roll, in hopes of purple). Before, when it was level 4, they could complete the daily orange quests but not the weekly one (depicted with the "star" in upper left of said quest) -- since the weekly lev 4 one requires lvl 380+ heroes.

But anyways, just thought I would report my findings.

I have enough frags to get 1 hero from that

As a starter player just filter on rider and try and get those heroes to +6, then look at supplementing them with other heroes to help with other things

Hero choice cards it’s basically Marlowe mars or Fox

Fox is the best early healer
