Context: HQ42… nanos and protons are slowing build and research down. I have been hyper focused on adding power/strength (troop attack, def, hp and dmg) for troop and troop focus only.

I have 7 star build set. It reduces nano cost a lot.

I have 4/6 research and reduces proton cost. 7 star does nothing for protons

Training I do not have. Maybe @proper pagoda can tell you about it

But if you’re not looking to not move past 42 any time soon. I would go with research and push protons hard

It depends on your objectives for ur hq. I’m hq43 and only have all 3 sets at 6. If I was to upgrade one though I’d do training personally. You train troops daily. Build and research there’s enough ways now to get nanos and protons. The issue is now solar which there is no reduction.

I have a question , how is damage calculated in a rally , do each players stats factor in or do the rally creator's carry over to all who join and only there troops and or troops skills take effect

If u super rally then the person who launched their stats are used by everyone who joins. Otherwise individual stats are used.

For regular rally, some of the starter's upgrades are still used. Tactical activation is based on the rally starter's heroes. Revenge/bash/charge/dodge is based on the starter's research.

You can also go to the state list and click on the state you are interested in moving to, and it will give you a list of requirements! It will also tell you if you have to wait to move there

Some are closed due to age, some due to age of your account

If you are strong enough, some require that the gov opens the door for you

Or, if they lost last WK, it's the highest might player that can open for you

Either way, you need to check it yourself
