Mythical will allow you to increase level from 30 to 35 which is a 40% boost to base stats and unlocks another attribute slot. Mythical is also more expensive to roll attributes on so that’s why I recommend going all apex first.

I would say apex all econ heros with troop type and your main type (fighter, shooter, or rider) all to apex, then all to mythic before apexing off troop types.

Just my opinion, but I would still apex even off troop types because of the attributes you can get off of those. It’s still cheaper to roll on those and get boosts for your troop specialization than going mythic and not getting an attribute you want and run out of dust.
