they're not mutually exclusive for the most part, you can do both at the same time, there is very little overlap in places you get solar or promote material , get solar where you can, like might events you can get a few depending on how high you rank, clear break loose comes with 1, ace i usually do top 3% most ace and 0.5% when i wanna fill my deep heal, between those things i've never not had solar when i needed it to do a building

I refuse to speed up a farm/timber/steel/gas though for the most part, I simmer those at least 50-60% and I might speed it up then.

It took me 5? months or so to do 42-43

putting a full march into deep heal vs normal infirmary is like 50-60m fcb vs 1-2m

and fast come back is valuable for building troops for ace or new development

i filled my deep heal this WK gone with 900k half t13 half t12 and got 150m FCB

deep heal serum also generates faster when ur normal infirmary is clear which is why u fill normal with T1's, once your deep heal is filled then heal those T1's quickly to heal the deep heal faster, though it's still a long process

you could round out modules / gear/ cubes and slowly move everything up to 10%, you'd get more bang for buck than focusing on 11* chips

Bio modification is best bang for buck on modifications as well

Modifying Bioenhancers, Chips, Modules, and Cubes better overall that gear. Last thing to modify is Nanoweapons- I think it's like $2000 in modifiers for 1 weapon to max?

If you remove the buildings and they have to attack your hq to stop it they need to drop shields if you are smart and not stay in territory or if they dont have skill to kick you out of territory (as that also just works one time)

Got used from Pirates to make people drop shields pretty often

If you’re asking for the scale it’s not published. Equal points is 20. Hit higher and it’s 21+. High lower and it’s 19 or less. I’ve lost up to 3-4 pts at a 200 pt gap when trying to boost someone for first.
