Are you sure about this? Your stats should be the same and lairs increasing to keep a competive balance. Dropping someone stats by 1.5K Troop ATK seems arbitrary.

Again this isn't about lair strength going higher. Lair strength is a constant 11K, your stats are what is being dropped. If they want to keep competivive balance, adding lairs 61-65 would do the same thing.
