Gear basic stat is one of the hardest to come by so I would keep that one. You still have the other two slots to roll to get the exclusive stat.

Imo the likelihood of getting the exclusive stat is greater than the gear basic. Only issue now is getting it to lvl 5 to unlock the next one.
