I enjoy all aspects of the game and not just one mode which happens once a fortnight. There are so many more advantages by upgrading than there is to staying at 34.
But people play for their own reasons and if you enjoy just Nuka then stay 34.

I find it great for levelling my heros fast. Also while I wait I can hoard protons, speeds ups, nanos, RSS etc making the transition to 38 super quick. Also it's just fun! Probably one of the three most fun events in the game alongside Valiant and Water Wars! Going 35 just makes one event less fun I guess.

I suspect it might be some time before they allow that. Usually takes months for perfect frags to be able to be used for newer heroes.

I love nuka. But between it going biweekly and the game adding neat features the hovers I look at it and im like your just hindering yourself. 31 has cores that's why my small went up. She was the 1 I tried nuka hovers and I hated it. She will be jumping to 35 after wards so she can apex cores
