Yes but as I say the training one can appear anytime.

What I'm saying is that in future if there is ever a Stam/AP BL it will 100% definitely be the second one of the day. Just like all future hero BLs will 100% be the first one of the day.

Not EVERY first BL will be heros but EVERY heros BL will be first.

I thumbs down a lot of things that dont make logical or practical sense. You having to go into UC everyday actually encourages you to enhance heros. It is a way the game gets people to spend money to advance. They wont get rid of that and give you autofinish

Used to be so much worse, from old states moving forward it cost 3-4x as many. It is better than it used to be. Keeping it difficult to move helps keep many states safe as well. Recently moved my alliance and it was a looooong process
