As a result of this operational error, a large number of items were wasted and I suffered the loss of not being able to receive the bonuses that I should have received.
When I checked with CS about this, I received a sincere apology and a proposal for compensation, as shown in the first image, which I agreed to and waited for the compensation.
However, when I contacted CS again after waiting for a while and the compensation still hadn't started, they suddenly said they could not provide compensation, as shown in the second image. I am very angry because what CS said in their initial response is the exact opposite.

Should i make an epic core apex or an apex core mythic? All my main rally heroes are mythic so I’m upgrading heroes I use most in match 3.

Same stats at apex but with troop core you are technically getting 360% total atk and hp as opposed to with the fighter core only 90%

Cores are the only place where pns doesn't give you peanuts for troop stats compared to main type stats. Take full advantage of it

I might honestly be f2p to now if I am being honest. The t14s being both limited , needing blueprints to train, so if you use them in wk and lose a bunch it’s a few hundred bucks in blueprints alone to replace what you lose plus rss and speedups lol

Meh. We'll see how pns responds. It'll depend on the current big spenders as it always has. But the game just launched a promotional push on swagbucks/kashkick etc. So we'll see if that has enough of an impact on bringing in new whales for the event and long term.

Pns is hovering around 35 to 60 top grossing so I think they won't change much. Usually they'd have to dip under top 100 to panic. At least that's what we did to dokkan and sds before we got huge changes

Yea dipping it under top 100 would take insane coordination which is very difficult with the multinational type of game this is. Plus yall dont really have a social influencer that holds the attention of at least 40% of the player base like we did in dokkan and sds

The wheel event is a spit in the face of the loyal playerbase. When I can spend close to $100 and not get enough frags to even activate the hero — when i managed to +5 optimus prime for around $400 — and my farm can get 10 frags for free using diamonds it’s really just salt in the wound.
I have complained to my GM and will encourage as many people as I can not to waste their money on this event
