Downloaded game in tablet, saw it was in portrait mode, found an option in the menu called "tablet mode", turned it on, which forced it reboot.... and nothing changed. Game still in portrait mode even if i rotate screen.

What does tablet mode even mean? And can this game be played in landscape?

it is not rotatable, tablet mode shifts where some of the buttons are to optimise for a larger screen

I get the Nanos once a week, then get speedups the rest of the time. I only get mods if cleaning out the ruins exchange for a chip event right now. I like that the ruins give us enough exchange coins that you can pretty easily choose a couple of items and buy them consistently.

Mods are the most difficult to get so I always grab them every week for both chips and modules. It's too bad there's no weekly source for gear mods. My only exception to the mod rule is bio mods as I use prison coins for schemes instead of bio mods. But at some point I'll switch from schemes to bios.

I just did this with my farm. Hit 100 on both. I also think I wasted some of my farm's blue ones, as you max out at 100. So if you go over, they are wasted. I didn't pay close attention though, not sure it actually let me go over, but I am pretty sure I saw a number bigger than 100, but after I hit help, it was 100 exactly. Edit: Just double checked, it definitely let me waste some of my goodies. I have 0 of the green or blue items left on my main account, but 31 green and 10 blue left on my farm, so I wasted some of both on my main account by exceeding the max of 100 virus resistance. So be careful if trying to help someone hit max that you don't go over.

You just have to be above 0 resistance at the half an hour before reset time, and you will have survived the day, so that part shouldn't be hard as long as you have a farm or have an active alliance. Even when the rate doubles, just save all your stuff for as close to the outbreak time and then use them and you should be good.
