I think that they need to rethink cores and make hero/economy/troop cores with hero cores focusing specifically on hero boosts which can also include a boost for troops as in perhaps boosting troop skills of said hero.Resource core/training/research/build core with boosts to economy and troop cores as we currently have with boosts to troops(atk/hp/def).

we would thus have 3 slots to accommodate each core.
