Going to be honest, I don't know. Depends on the alliance you're with. If you're with a good enough alliance you will definitely be able to if you have enough speed ups and resources. But we really can't tell you how to pull it off because none of us played the game that way

when you’re setting your march to send out to transport, the assist button in the bottom left corner allows you to select from a list of allies who have set up marches to assist

i stayed 29 for a long time and 34 for a long time. i’ve got quite a solid 38 which I’m happy with, but I’m still in no rush to 40. got quite a bit of catching up to do in terms of research. and a lot of training 😂
