I use 30k T1 riders for regular gathering; could possibly use less now, but haven't looked into it; T1s because most avoid hitting me during WK that way, riders because they travel faster to and from. For alliance resource, I just use a full march of T11 vehicles since they have a higher load capacity then lower tiers.
