As far as what %s to use that all just depends on your goals. The more real troops and particularly shooters the stronger your defense be. But if you load it up with cars then fewer of your real troops will die in an attack

You can leave and heal. You can leave and let the unicorns feast.

Auto healed troops don’t come back until that finished waiting period after the battle is over.

Also, change talent before healing to your balance or troop or whatever has your best healing boost.
