One is coins for the timed tavern and the other is perfect frags for heroes

timed coins is for a special 5* hero tavern. You can choose to summon there and get specific heroes or their shards. At 100 coins
used in the same tavern you even get to choose 10 shards of one of the heroes in the specific tavern

above is like the novas tavern but for more harder to get heroes.

bottom is for nearly every 5 star hero to be used as if you have a fragment to upgrade for them

coins save up till 100 for best value and bottom use them on scarlett

the perfect hero frags can be used on many heroes as kind of "all purpose shards" in a certain ratio. Some demand 1 perfect frag for 1 hero shards. others 1:2 or 1:4

best way to use perfect fragments is for heroes that are more "pay to win" friendly

youll eventually use them later for those heroes

or get scarlet early and throw them on her

since you will have to spend nontheless to unlock her atleast once.
