There are some quests most reset like doubles, 113s,80s, almost everything under 100 beside the 97 lair quest that's nice, mystery shop, gather quests not related to mill... so you could technically get around the whole not full board reset

Standards for Alliance Showdown

1. Must reset as many quests in Alliance Showdown as possible for higher chance for good quests to show up, as theres a lot of quest that stays long that wasted the opportunity for other good quest to show up.
2. Anything lower than 100pts must be reset (except those closer to 100pts, ex: 97pts Zombie Lair)
3. Gathering quests shouldn't be the priority unless it matches the Alliance Mill (not everyone have fast gathering speed or time to gather)
4. The list of Quests that must be prioritized: Help, Lair, Mystery Shop, Arena, and Quiz.
5. All 113pts and 143pts quest must be reset as they have better version of them with higher pts but same requirements. (except if it matches alliance gathering mill)
6. Event quest must be reset (except when it matches the event for the day, ex: Hero quest for Hero day)
7. Must hire R4 from different timezone in order to keep the board running 24/7

*this is the standard i made, i want to reconsider #3 though
