Yes and no. It's rather unfair to any new players, or heck any players in general, if some player can just speed grow because they're paying less for the same packs and then they proceed to utterly dominate the playing field. It's apart of the game in the same way that abusing glitch spots in FPS is. It's not really fair, but just not much you can do to prevent it in the long run.

I'm just wildly surprised. I think they were only absent in one state I was in, and that was probably since it was incredibly pacifist, but also very stupid with the lengths they'd go to retain their hub. First state was dominated by an Asian alliance who recruited more 1b Asian players lol, and nearly every other state I've seen has had some variation of 123, KOR, Sky, etc.

99.99% of players who are strong enough to attempt or even take Hubs will have rally March speed ups.. I suppose it gives you an extra 4 seconds to pray some troops come home.. Or pull out of Hub if the mud sitting is done perfectly.

That probably effects my viewpoint on a lot of WK then. First state big Asian guy had 3b might within 6 months, and I believe each time we took a state there wasn't a hub he couldn't solo. Additionally, one of my alliance leaders at the time brought his 1.4b account over, which could also solo hubs, though not as many.

Next state had 2 1bs that could solo, but were rarely on. This one has 3 1bs but true might is lower, 1 doesn't do WK ever, and 1 has been gone for ages.
