If you want decorations like headquarter skins or ambiance skins. First I would use diamonds to get Vip 13. Once you got Vip 13 then put them into AP refills. This is usually my first thought. Due to being able to get alot out of ruin treasury.

But overall you should hoard diamonds and have diamonds in your bag. The diamond shop every 4 weeks has great stuff like promoter 2, Modifier boxes, cheap tubes, and etc.
