Looks like somebody already said it, but it's more like 15-16% increases per tier (at least at t9+). I assume you're taking the 33% from the troop might increase.

It's just the difference in the base damage, defense, and health between the units. I can only guess that the defense and HP go up roughly the same percetage as damage does

What happens if you get attacked and lose? I read everywhere is that its bad. And the worst is your headquarters could be on fire... but not sure what that means. Is there a link that goes over what happens when you lose? Do you lose resources, do your buildings get destroyed?

Your HQ gets on fire, which doesn't mean much but costs diamonds to recover, you lose resources and troops go to infirmary or die if the infirmaries fill up

Troops eat the loose food in your sanctuary but if you click the farm building first when ya log in food comes back

You don’t have to click it first. Any “eaten” food gets returned any time you collect food or use fast producer or do basically anything that affects the amount of food you have on hand. Basically its a useless feature that doesn’t actually do anything
