There's a delicate balance. I get really frustrated with too frequent resets though. I flip between characters so I don't have the time to hang around for the half hour reset + eating + sleeping + other real life stuff.
We delete everything under 100 and all mystery quests since none of us does them.

Think about this loki you say your weak with your stats. I'm hq38 with 3.3k troop attack and 5.3k shooter attack. You are at a very decent spot for hq31
