Couple of things

Should my def/hp gear be at same level as atk as a shooter? I wouldn't think so, but this guide doesn't make it clear for that.

I didn't have access to cubes for some time, and additionally I've been sort of viewing gcmc from a cost to return standpoint.

Why are cubes better to get up to 6 star than modules to 8 star?

Seems like I ended up being pretty close though at least, and my next plan is to bring up my boots to 7 star so hey that coincides nicely lol.

Cubes got nice stats. Not as nice as other but if you are f2p all those stats building up helps tons. Even my hq30 has all 7 star cubes and she has since she was hq26

Adding the off type troops stops making a noticeable difference after a while and eventually makes you slightly weaker

Also especially as a rider I wouldn’t do it just because it slows your march way down

See the big reason why there's an off type troop hero, regardless of whether you add troops or not to activate their tactical, is so that way you're not bringing down your own tactical by adding a rider troop hero below +5 lowering your tactical. At least, I think that's the reason.
