I wouldn't rely on getting IC frags from TT. It's very random. For 200 TT coins (across two accounts), I got a whopping 12 IC frags (aside from the guaranteed 100 TT coin prize).

I wouldn't discount enhancement since once you get to 9-star chips, it's very difficult to promote to 10-star. If I had to do it all over, I would have slowed my promotion in favor of more enhancement. (Right now I have 9-star focus chips but they're only at +29.)

Yes, I only have 213k troop size and its usually one of the smallest in Nuka, if you have decent stats, you dont need a troop size of 400k, I do perfectly fine

What I like to do is put all my focus into 1 thing to get it done with, I got hq28 about a month ago and I will have my rider formation along with 90% of my research complete by the end of next month

I guess it depends on what your expectations are. A march of 375K and around 9K combined stats should be top 3 with the occasional win. I have run into a HQ29 with 500k+ march and 17k stats but you should still do pretty good with 375k & 9k, IMO.

Especially now that many of the top T9s have upgraded to a higher bracket.

To get all phase rewards needs more points as your hq level increases but you also get more rewards per phase
Doesnt go up on every hq level so I guess there is brackets so to speak

But the rankings is all based on battle division so the tiny hq 10 is competing with the hq 40... if thats what you are asking

No they dont boost the riders

But they can activate a 5th hero's tactical skill which will improve overall damage output

So riders in your march or rally can only ever activate the tactical skill for 4 heroes max

Having a 5th hero that boosts troop stats but is another troop tipe like requiem:shooter can be acticated if there are troops of that tipe in your march or rally

Note that tactical skills are only as strong as the troops and amount of troops that activate them so including 1-100 troops will make a difference but dont expect it to move mountains

Fighters and a fighter hero like meyers can do the same but you would need rider formation or the joining fighters will skyrocket your casualties

The troops that join will ofc themselves also deal a lot of damage
But activating the 5th tactical you will see an increase in the kills the rally starter does

Only the rally starter's heroes will ever use tactical skills

Having riders formation and doing full rallies its still better to have people join with their strongest of the 2 between shooters and fighters
Higher tier riders than the rally starter also work

anyone have a suggestion on how to get CS to take action against a player that is harassing, threatening, and soliciting indecent sexual photos from the women and youngsters in my state??? myself and many others in my state have contacted CS multiple times over the last 48 hours, provided proof, and only get generic replies. the player is still present and harassing people in state... Figured maybe if i reached out here i might get a better response, or at the verry least some advice on how to continue forward

1. Which form of CS did you use?
2. You can also in game report specific messages for those said reasons
3. Blacklist them and don't feed into them they just want attention and will keep doing it as long as you feed it.
4. Sad truth is they probably won't do anything
