The cultivation center adds boosts when you grow the plants high enoug, actually lvl 8+ will cause daily losses on points so you will drop down to lvl 7 if you not keep growing enough daily. My suggestion: lvl 7 gives nice boosts, to keep that as low or no payer will make it easier and less stressful. But its a long way to reach those lvl
Keep priorizing on one plant first and when you got that on the lvl you prefer go for the next plant
