Also for more mathematical terms. A single frag pull in tt2 is 50% and 3 and 4 are 35% that was a large part of my decision to focus tt2. The 10 pulls are a 1% difference but enough to be like that's not worth the risk

Atropos triggered tactical skill and was basically free to put on the wall so you could have two better marches of fighters. Devana, Chae, Atropos, Queenie, 5th hero was great for fighter walls for those who don't have +5 of the new heroes (most non-whales). Now that you can't use Atropos, you need to use a 3-star fighter hero or one of the new fighters that likely aren't +5 or higher for your wall. That makes it harder to have 2 good fighter marches.
You're free to feel like I'm over-answering or repeating someone else that answered, but I like to provide context. That's the way I learn and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

lee from +3 to +6 will give you a passive increase of 86% troop atk (assuming you will 6* him)
hanyu from +5 to +6 will give you a direct increase of 70% to both fighter atk and troop def which in my opinion constitutes a better increase as you’re boosted in 2 areas rather than 1
