They definitely need to revamp Puzzle Duel Event, it has very nice rewards but the match making is very bad. I had some matches where I started with more than 15,000 over my opponent which is very boring. I think both players need to have the same points this way its more strategic because most of the time players just quit before matches start.

If you want them stronger for a march, you can equip nano weapons to boost them.

If it’s for the match-3 game, if they’re maxed out in levels and enhancements, you can use the new specialties to boost them up.

What levels and enhancements are your heroes currently at?

For the ones you don’t like, I still recommend enhancing the Economy heroes and leveling them up just enough to unlock their skills, so that you get their troop skills and it’ll help with your HQ.

Is there ever an intel collection event for any other heroes? I would normally consider Samuel, Chia-Hao, and Lee to be grouped together because of their passive abilities all being similar for the different stats. But wasn't sure if there's ever an intel collection event for Lee? Or any other heroes?

The most common Intel Collection is the one going on now.

Chia-pet’s intel collection was when his hero skin was released and hasn’t happened again since.

There haven’t been any other intel collection type events that I recall.

Lee’s frags tend to be a special case or holiday type of event. Like when it was Valentine’s Day….I think 🤔

The point of duel is to play against an active opponent. Auto defeats that purpose altogether. You have to plan at least 1 to 2 moves ahead to win. While there is a luck aspect it is possible to plan around a bad run.

There would be no sense. You don’t move on for losing, only a very small reward in tokens. The point is to actively play against someone. If you don’t like the event, you don’t need to do it. You lose nothing by not doing it. It wouldn’t make sense to change the purpose of the event, which was to actively compete against a person rather than a computer.

You get a small amount of reward for losing so what I do on my farm is to get to 1500 (so I can exchange for skin tokens) and then immediately surrender every match afterwards.

Apparently I’m not allowed to make a suggestion to this game without ensuring that the mods like it. Your point that it defeats the purpose is wrong. It is 100% luck and 0% strategy. Take the luck aspect out of it and make it more strategy and it can actually be enjoyable. But don’t tell me it’s about player versus player when the computer is deciding who wins and losses anyways. So a computer makes my moves for me. If you really have some strategy it’s that much easier to beat me … everyone is happy

Tbh I dislike the suggestion adding an auto to puzzle duel. The aspect I like about it is actually having a 1 on 1 battle where you are each pulling strategies to make the others lose . Yeah I would recommend chips. When the upgrade cost are the same the chips are usually 1 star lvl higher than the rest

in res/ac people are generally less likely to pull their marches from buildings even knowing how hard the player coming at them hits cuz they know the troops come back and sometimes the difference between getting a truck and not getting one is seeing if you can survive the incoming hit

but WK is a real risk of losses so people tend to play more cautiously

which makes it one of my favourite things when they don’t pull from the turret cuz they see they only have a solo march of t9s coming at them, and then i absolutely rock their shit lol

it doesn’t happen often but i love when it does

I am trying to see if it’s worth it to save the gold coins for lucky wheel it looks like for 10 you are guaranteed to hero frags and when I look at 50 you get 7 hero frags and 2 hero perfect frags. But if I did the 10 five times I would get 2 frags x 5 = 10 frags

So if I am just after the hero frags it seems better to just use the coins 10 at a time rather than save up?

Am I confused I thought saving up would give you more stuff

The general conclusion seems to be save to 10 for specific hero frags, save to 50 for perfect frags.
If you think about the rate in frags per week, they both give 1 per week over time (save to 50, use 45, save 40 more).
Before I did the math though, I saved to 90 and got 33 frags (more perfect than Dara) and a nano box that got me an uncommon bow 🌚

When you have active event times, make sure you send reminders each day through alliance mail at least, and Discord. We have a bot set up to have people sign up for events like Reservoir War and Speaker Trap, for reminders

The number you get from chests varies but let's say you get 100 tickets from 36 chests, assuming you buy 2 keys for a dollar every day and get 10 keys (the maximum per day) everyday. From there you need 900 tickets and if you do sets of 6 which is 1 AP refill you will have to have 150 AP refills to get the permanent march skin for basically free.

Steel march used to cost 50 usd fix price in the mall, same as stormer and some other march skins. dreamcycle was to be obtained via rebate event. I don't remember exactly how much it required.
Let's take for simplicity steel march. 50 usd in the past.
Let's take any random 50 usd pack from the mall: that pack gives standard 14k diamonds, and, for example, 220 ench boxes.
Let's consider diamond equivalent of those boxes.
All boxes prices are equalized.
In diamond exchange you can buy 100 promoters 2 for 25k diamonds.
100 promoters 2 are 50 boxes, therefore 220 boxes are an equvalent to 110k diamonds (4.4*25k). Add those ones that the pack gives. Total of 50 usd pack is equivalent to 124k diamonds (more or less). Now let's check how many AP items that fill AP bar you can buy for that: it's 82.6. aka 82. So, that's 1/2 of the demand required to get that march skin, which costed in the past just 50 usd in the mall. Double price, isn't it?

(Yes, i understand that gains of AP items are increased with drops from feasts. Still)

where is it cheaper? the march skin has always cost 1000 currency units in such events, the headquarters skin is 1500 and the atmosphere is 2000. Now they just cut the drop of this currency by 2 times, therefore in the future we will need 2 times more pieces of 120AP. Here you can still get only one march to choose from, and not both. This is just unprecedented arrogance and greed, for no reason to raise the cost by 2 times💩💩

Hello everyone. Why do we get the events getting worse and worse every time? Why in the event for visiting a wandering merchant they give 1 ticket (for 20 odes) in one trip. In past such events, such a hike cost 2 tickets. Why not leave the same ticket for a hike, even with 2 tickets for 1 hike is hard, and getting 1 ticket for a hike is completely meager. All the desire to play disappears.

  Encounters were giving 2 currency, now suddenly they give 1 currency.
  That doubles march skin price in comparison to old price.
  Why is it like that suddenly?
  Are you (as player) happy about those changes and consider them reasonable?
  How about if you open the mall tomorrow and see universal hero frags prices doubled, or promoter boxes prices doubled? Would that be okay? I think it is the thing of same sort basically.

And yes, it's quite obvious that we make our choice if we want to participate in event or not. Pretty much similar to unlocking Path of Survival in Trials of Survival - we make our choice, if we do that or not. In the past there was an attempt to nerf Trials of Survival rewards. Players didn't like that and changes that were cutting final rewards were rolled back. Here with march skins obtained from AP it's not that obvious, that players are supposed to pay double now, is it?
I think that it's not cool, and i think that similar events should give 2 currency as before. Unless there's a reasonable explanation why suddenly gains are halved.

I have completed all 180 points worth of tasks but the event only shows me at 150. I’ve closed restarted the app around 5-6 times, updated the app on my phone, nothing works. I agree that it can be quite frustrating for people who just started to play the game in a new state. One cannot get VIP 13 without somehow serious cash drops if he's just started to play. Same about tickets in the mall. I can be wrong, but I guess one should have purchased packs for total of around 300 usd to be able to get a march skin without vip 13 . For OG this event and similar events are pretty much f2p though.

I think it would've been better to give people a choice: either they buy it straight in the mall or grind the event with vip 13+ and stacked AP items.
I also think that many OG who spend cash on game would have bought that in the mall either than spending AP items.)

It’s why they started hiding everything behind events when a lot of things used to be just straight up in the mall. It wouldn’t really be fair to do both, either, to those who did the event. But the main driver is money. You have to spend more to get a prize event and so now that’s how most things are done. Whatever makes them the most money is gonna be the way they go with.

Ok, can someone explain something to me. Base skin maths.
I have maxed everything, done 7 drops at the base and earned 354 coins.
Event is 3 days, so can assume will probably hit 1050, but let’s say 1100 to make it easier.
There is 25 meat in mall for £45, but only 2 in stock. So for £90, I can get 50 more meat, aka 5 more trips to the base, and estimated 250 more coins.
That takes us to 1350, and the permanent skin is 3000. Where does the other 1650 come from with all the limits???

It is 2 at 45 and then they go to 90 for 50 meat but in those 50 you also get 100 per pack so you have to add 200 to your total and if you buy the 90 one you would get 150 along with your 50 meat.
They also reset everyday at reset so you can get 6 total at 45 per pack

Meat event and all others like it should not be allowed in their current format. It is literally impossible to get the permanent castle without spending.

The entire point of the game from a developmental aspect is to have the players spend money. It's literally the sole purpose of the game. Our entertainment is secondary.

As @halcyon narwhal said, it’s always been capped at around what the cap is for this one. They just hid the info for this one a lot better than usual. There’s usually an information button somewhere, but there isn’t for this one.
And, I prefer these, even with the cap, to the ones that use AP refills. I’m using stam for lairs, where it was intended, not AP for killing bunnies or whatever, instead of doing campaign so I can upgrade my heroes.

No, but it’s not a stam event. Spinning wheel, for some strange reason, has a 10 coin for diamonds cap though. And, other than the mall and the one free spin, that’s the only way to get those coins.

Intel is of course a stam event. Run lairs, get packets, open for Intel or food. You can run as many lairs as you want, there is no daily max Intel.

Ah, yes, but the odds of getting a clue aren’t very good, so there might as well be a cap. If I open 100 packets and, one day, actually get 25 clues, I’ll probably keel over In a dead faint!

I doubt it. Events like this, once the event is done, any of the meat, or whatever, left is converted to rss or diamonds by the system automatically.

Umm i see. I doubt about this as well. I notice that I had similar things like freedom badge and mutation serum from previous events in my bag for a very long time and those event have yet to come back again. But it’s not automatically converted though, you can manually convert them later.

That part is inconsistent. Some events, like nanohex and the ones you mentioned you have to convert. Others the system converts.

Got it! It just this event format is impossible to get the highest prize without paying a lot of cash! Even you get max 80 meats/ day (240 in total) and let say, you extremely lucky that got 2400 point (which unlikely). You still need to purchase many packs anyway.

Yup. They’re designed that way, to make the developers money.
After the first one I ever did, more than a year ago, I decided the stress of trying to get the great reward, and my limited funds just wasn’t worth it.
They’re a great source of gear promoter 2s though, lol.
And the feed the whatever events are great for 120 packs of stam, 24 hour shields, and AP bolts after you get the ultimate reward (if there is one. There wasn’t for lambs.)
Even then, it’s still more possible than Nam’s prom event!

You can probably save the meat(a it can be convert item) but not the donation points, just we do not know if there will be a meat event in the future. Nanohex is clearly not coming back though due to ip.

Yeap gijoe is not coming back so nanohex is unlikely to be useful. Meat on the other hand is kinda generic and I supposed developers are usually lazy but they might not recycle the event to get more money eyy.
