I went into the hub to appoint and the Governor frame was empty, no appointment button at all. When I went to my alliance roster to appoint, it had my pic in as Governor. I adamantly do not want to be Governor and didn't appoint myself. Can this be fixed on your end?

Our whole event had issues. The time was incorrect and we only got matched against one other state. I have opened a ticket with CS but I really need this corrected.

Can someone answer why we’re seeing up and down fluctuations in lair raid success percents? The same player will send the same march to the same level lair and get different results. This is with only one other player sending only one man.

Has nothing to do with skill sets. This has been an ongoing issue with higher (above 30) lairs for many months. The exact same troops and skills from one lair to the next and will get a 57% one lair and the very next 53% and it also fluctuates the kills/deaths… it’s a bug in the game. Not player error

And I mean identical. Same players. Same troops.

Guessing you are a shooter. And any slight changes to the support troops sent will change your results (4% swing is normal)

Is there alternative ways to communicate with CS other than through the game regarding an existing ticket?

Current CS ticket has been in waiting status since Saturday about 4 hrs into SVS event. I reset 23 heroes last week, and only had ~15k CM VIs (red star combat manuals) in my bag to restore my heroes. I don't think CS understands those items are in your items bag or applied to a hero, and they cannot be converted. So I suspect I never actually got my 42k manuals, and used my surplus 14k manuals.

Not sure if this is a Bug or not but I am going to post it here anyway.
I have been researching troop formations and noticed something that might be a bug.

Usually I do riders and I have a set up Fox/Obsidian/Reyn/Dom/Requiem and I send all riders and 1 shooter. Watching the battle they all last through the battle. The 1 shooter and hero survive.

If I send Fighters I have this set up
Ulrick/Zephyr/Seo-yun/Sanquine/Meyers send all fighers 1 rider. The heroes last through the entire battle.

However if I send Shooters, I use one of these.
Ephraim/Phoenix/Hartwell/Dom (either Meyers or Mars) All Shooter with 1 rider or fighter.
It doesn't matter which I send, both of the heroes are killed within seconds of the beginning of the battle.

Which leaves me to question whether or there is a bug with the shooter formation????

Your percentage does not carry over. When you hit 100%, it resets. It has always been this way. The only thing that carries over are your coins themselves.

If you hit 100% and dont have enough coins to get 100% again, save them dont use them.

I think this is about fight order (fighter > rider > shooter > vehicle): with the first two teams, the bulk of the troops come earlier in the fight order, but with main shooters, whoever you send there is only 1 of the alternate troop to take damage before moving on to the main troop (shooters). If that makes sense

Yes it does make sense but that means that shooters have a disadvantage over Riders and Shooters because you can only activate 4 of the 5 Heroes during the battle for the duration of the battle unless you send more troops which end in more damage.'

For the help and escalation of this issue.
CS claims it wasn't a bug, but it was. Basically database can hold a large number but game cannot. Game code and user interface could only manage up to 99,999. Looks like they fixed the code and increased the field capacity for combat manual VI.
Had 73k in bag plus the 42k from reset for total of 115k Combat Manual VI. But game was dropping the leading 1 in the hundred thousand digit. So I only could see and use the 15k books.
But looks like they fixed it with the last update.

Last night I purchased the 100 available tier 2 chip promo material in the diamond exchange. When I woke up I noticed there was only 61 in my inventory and also it seems I have much more enhance material. Unfortunately I did not get any before ss.

Lack of info button on VC is a problem. There’s zero explanation that attacking your own state doesn’t count for the event, or about not being able to relocate home while in frenzy… like zero info.

Yellow text event description states foreign state players, and clicking Personal Reward tab and clicking the green to gain points says foreign state as well. I can't really see your point on that complaint. And beware cause casualties from attacking your own state players do not go to state infirmary. They go to your infirmary, alliance infirmary and deep healing center; and don't auto heal when event is over.
But porting with war frenzy isn't clear. There was a way to return to your state with war frenzy active. It may have been clicking the Back button next to your state (you cropped it out). Or going to your state and clicking the random relocate button (top center blue border rectangle w/green grid and red arrow) below the coordinates. Haven't been used it in a while and when I did it was trial and error.

Well I tried to recreate it with the module material from opening boxes and that was fine. But when the diamond shop purchase took me over 1000 this happened to all my t2 chip promoters.

Not sure what to do about it as CS has not responded back beyond this.

It means you’ve been winning and now you’re getting harder matchups. You’ll get pushed back down when you lose.

I have not win, some players lost to me without me playing and some push me down the rank, I am okay with that but having unrank match again ranking of 1200 and above is so not encouraging but discouraging as other players will just lose to push other up since the challenge is wrongly match

In Hero Duel - Survival is correctly match according to your range of lvl. I still believe it is a bug .

Programming is copied from Hero Duel - Survival but they didn't change it to reflect Cmdr Duel - Conquest token. Doesn't take a stupid person to realize the glaring mistake.

The mechanics of the event are not the problem. The revamp of the ranking/matching is what the problem is. Two weeks ago we were match with the #2 global best state “clearly” we are not even remotely close to there stature, Along with another state that again was way out of our league. It was like a fly meeting a windshield at high speeds. Then again this week same deal.. The ranking/matching system is flawed bigger than sh!t. Before the revamp we were at least matched with other states that were equal to our own strengths. Also@if you haven’t noticed not many states are being taken..

We hold state as in singular, not states as in plural. Since update we get matched up with others who hold states as in plural lol. Big difference in barely holding your own state and holding others.

The matching system appears to be random matching within tiers which is a terrible idea in general, but especially for the first couple of rounds. A state with no T11s matched two states that could knock them out of hub by looking in their general direction. My farms could have rallied and held that hub. It's not building any trust or confidence in this ranking system, that's for sure.

We have never held another states hub and occupied a state. We were grossly outmatched. Multiple t11s and a t12 with nearly maxed stats on every single troop type. Luckily the bigger 2 fought each other. But it was not cool at all.

We have ONE t11 in our state. One.

Hello, anyone else noticing that the purple hero Eve, who heals all allies, her 3rd hero skill "Mend" is supposed to restore 2% of HP over next 6 rounds...All of her hero skills affect all allies, but this one. Only her HP increase each round, not all allies. Is this a bug/mistake, or intentional? I find it odd since her other skills affect all allies and the verbiage of this skill is not clear on if it is unlike the rest of her abilities. Bug?

Depends on what other people send to your rally. Ask everyone to send trucks and you will have stable number for kills/casualties

In state 358, everyone I ask to look at (click on Avatar, click on Cmdr Record, expand Battle Record) two history stats labelled "Traps Got Destroyed" and "Enemy Traps Destroyed" all have 0. Is there a state age restriction on when traps are actually enabled and work? Or is it a bug? (Also, all battle logs show 0s for all things trap related other than the number present/healthy.)

I’m from 269 and am currently in 110. Funny thing is in the battle record section of my commander’s record it’s showing I have destroyed 412 and had 5,127 of my traps destroyed, but have never once seen any of this shown in any battle reports.

i think your confusing max level commander and having the talent tree fully maxed. the two are mutually exclusive and you have to have different talent sets to move your points around for the talents you need since you cannot have them all.

I have spoken to few players who do not upgrade HQ and hoards their rss for real long time. Usually these players are do not stay in one place. They hop one alliance to another. Once they finds a forever home, it could be another state…they will upgrade their HQ to maximum and may create their own alliance.

The tax rate goes by the amount you send for transportation and doesn't reflect off of what has been transported if that makes sense. Mine has 1.7mil being given to transport and the 1.5mil is what is left after taxes. So mine would be roughly 1.7mil over what I needed for 10 transports. So for sending 15.5mil rss I would actually need 1.722mil over it not 1.55mil.

We had the fort reined, never received a prompt for the attacks on level 10 or 20. The attack report for level 10 never appeared for anyone but level 11 zombies started spawning after about a 5 minute break. Level 20 did hit but no warning message.

It takes that 10% tax off each transport, not just one so, if you sent 5 transports that would be 1.8 mil x 5 which is 9 mil over and above the amount you wanted to transport.

Yeah, the 10% tax is calculated on the amount you send, not the amount that arrives (which has been discounted). A tax of 10% (after some math) gives 11.11% of what arrives

Sometimes auto use doesn't use the correct amount look closely at the steel. It says required 54.4k and you have 54.3k . I have this happen once or twice a month. Just manually add a couple thousand of whatever rss auto doesnt fill properly.

Is this a bug or a feature change? The Arena Hero Duel-Glory shop the 2 week cooldown Nova gems. They used to be 100 buy limit. Now it is 15???? If this isn't a bug they need to do something about the cool down 2 weeks for 1 million seemed a long time when skills now takes 1-3m for 1 upgrade. But 2 weeks for 150k is a complete JOKE.

One of the more recent silent updates/bugs makes it to where if you're using a speed ups rapidly it will try to make you use one bigger than your time left.

For example I had 2 hours left and I was pressing the one hour speed up but then it skipped to my 8-hour speed up and I ended up wasting it for no reason because of this new bug

please fix it back to the where it stays on the speed up that matches the time.

For example if there's hours left it stays on the hour if there's only 30 minutes left it jumps down to 30 minutes not jumping up to 3 hours or 8 hours

In the Arena there are 3 Leagues Survival, Glory and Conquest. To get into Glory you have to be ranked in the top 500 of your Survival bracket. Each League has a Shop. The Glory Shop the last 3 Items on the bottom are for Nova. Nova Experience, Military Gems. and Economy Gems. These items have a 2 week cool down between purchases. The gems there use to be 100 purchase limit of the 10,000 so you would get 1 million Military or Economy experience every 2 weeks. Now the purchase limit is 15 so that's only 150 thousand Military and Economy experience... End game that's like 1/10th or even 1/20th of what it takes to level certain skills in Novas Research Center. So I'm curious if this was an intentional change or an accidental change. If it's intentional the developer just added another nail to the games coffin for me. As our state gets older the packs on the mall give less. I already cut my spending from a few hundred a month to 30-40. And honestly if my account wasn't bound I would have given it to an alliance member and already quit.

I saw this perfect meme in the Puzzles and Conquest Meme event that perfectly cover's the developers. Boneyard is PnC's version of Nukaland. Which I don't even sign up for anymore since I hit 35.

My mid level 95K troops and T8 only having to go against 160K and min 120K T8-9 is demoralizing and stops it worth even getting the free gear.

Going against main arena is same. My 6M Level going against 7.5-10M makes it unenjoyable to try. My guess is it’s a bug, because it de-incentivize s you to care to build and get stronger.

Arena matching isn't buggy it's based on the age of your State and your Server group. The server group I'm in there are probably 30 thousand plus players as it took me 4 wins to get into the top 10k for rankings when I missed the day after season reset.

The opponents you see are based on your points...Lose a few and your points drop and you see easier opponents. And if you don't even losses complete the Daily task and give the same rewards of random food and speedups as wins.

My recommendation would be to just keep growing eventually you get there. After our state went truly global it was a few months before I could get into our Arena's Glory League regularly. Before that I was just happy ranking in top 5000.

Yeah like I said it can take a while. Your state can't be that only if you're only T8's and top 10. So just be patient build a lot of resource nodes in your HQ and gather gather gather and grow.

In the original iteration, yes. That’s early art. They changed it but didn’t update UC. Which is very typical. If you look at the tavern, you can see old looks for Levina and Maverick. And in the commander duel shop, that’s old art for Eve, the Jennifer Lawrence clone.

Hi Ophelia! It’s very strange. I play it both on cellular or WiFi and both are experiencing issues. You can see the connection for the WiFi in this one. All of my other apps like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch and Instagram do not have any connection troubles so I did not think it was because of location but I am up in the mountains. An R4 even confirmed that it looks like I’m online even though I’m stuck on this screen.

I think there is a bug with the talent system being registered when dispatching the troops for the lair. The pictures show the Defeat result on the left, Victory result on the right. As seen in the picture, I'm using the troop size of 251,500 (with Military talent set) in both results but strangely enough, the Defeat result showed that I was using a non-Military set even though my troop size is of the Military set.

I switched to a non-Military set after I dispatched my troops to the lair using Military set. So from here, I've found the temporary workabout - stay on Military set until the end. That’s not a bug. Your troop size gets determined when you start the rally but the other boosts apply when you actually hit the lair.
