If you are bound by FB and it popped you into a new level 1 account, just go through the motions until you can click on the plus sign. Go to settings/account/switch account and click FB, this will bring you back to your regular account

1. Close and re-open the game, see if it suddenly finds that purchase (for me like 80% of purchases end like that, because of the damn strong customer authentication, which pops extra screens and usually closes the game when all is done).
2. Check in-game Transactions log, see if you didn't miss it by chance.
3. If no go with above, get the purchase receipt and give reference number to CS. For me they always solved it in the past when the whole purchase system was bugged like hell. Just that sometimes, when it was some special/time-limited purchase (something not always available), they were offering diamond compensation instead.

@main plinth its ok, just stuck on screens that require you to slide it up to get the back key or your stuck. If attacks come in and your on those screens and can cost your valuable time. Already have to fear server freezing up, time out as it is.

Here is an issue, screen will not scroll, you have to get tip to unequipe, pain, 2nd picture is to show what i mean about having to drag bottom up to get off of the page. Because its anndroid does not mean it runs the same, the screen is twice as wide so it takes the bottom part out to adjust. The bottom 2 rows do not scroll up, you have to nick the bottom, knowing what the yellow tab is for.

During Spec ops I used to fire off Ephraim and Fox and could survive another 2-3 rounds. Now the boss 1 shots my hero's on round 12 99% of the time. It's like it's damage was secretly doubled a couple weeks ago.

In Trial there's been something changed as well. On my first attempt today I was very lucky did around 60 rounds with a lot of chains and only got 2.5m points. Last week I had a similar attempt and scored 8m. Admittedly they were different colors but I understood the mechanics of Trial well until this one. I finish in the top 5 on my State almost every week. Quite a few times in first.

But look at the hero's stats...If A has better stats it should have better might than B is what I'm saying. I know Nano's give a blanket Might add to the Commander based on the Nano level.

But I know 37 changes the mechanics of the game at will to try to suck money out of us and my asking about these will change nothing. I just find it extremely unfair as younger players already had trouble scoring high in Alliance trial to receive the personal rewards. Soon these stealth nerfs will cause more and more players to get frustrated and leave.. I've already gone from spending a couple hundred dollars a month to less than 50...Now I'm thinking of 0. I'll fall behind but frankly caring less and less.

The main benefit for the Hero showing it's stats might based on it's equipped Nano would be for Assistance in Alliance Trial. I would have Hired Fox A because it has slightly better stats more attack meaning better damage and slightly better survivability. Just saying...Right now there are 3 +8 Fox in our Assist and all have same might but 2 have better weapon than mine with it blue.

But again 37 won't change that...Hell we've been asking for the timer for DoA to not be under the your HQ arrow pretty much since DoA was added and that hasn't changed

Something they have never addressed is the issue with global leaderboards. Always come across players and alliances who should be on them but don’t appear

It’s based on language. If your game is defaulted in English it only shows the top English Speaking alliances.

Hope this is the right location for this. I think there is a major break in the Binding Chains nano weapon. I just obtained one today and equipped it after transferring stats from the Terrestrial Radar formerly equipped. The new binding chains gives my +5 Ulrik 40% boost to troop atk, def, and hp. There is no drop in stats at all but an increase, I then attack a lvl 31 lair as I have for past 2 weeks and my kills are down 1% instead of going up with the new boosts. Would a dev or mod pls reach out to me and I'll share screen shots to show you? Thanks and have a great day

If you selected a low level and the boss died on the first hit the event wouldn't end. it still runs the entire time

I am above level 15 in every building, hq is now going to 19 and it still says i haven't met the requirement of upgrading to 15 for glory. I have been in email with tech support since the 9th. You need upgrade the glory levels of the buildings. In that last screenshot the upgrade button allows you to assign marks of glory to each building.

Tagging everyone doesnt work. There is always bugs in every multiplayer, there will always be bugs in every multiplayer. Almost every multiplayer doesnt give you anything as reimbursement. Hex codes arent a bug, they are slowly being removed intentionally. The team working on new events are not the same people who fix bugs.

This is what the original billeting post said, which leads me to believe they are being removed permanently. Maybe they’ll add something better down the road.
They just did the final step, I think, in removing any existing hex codes.

I think rewards differ based on the nuka tier you are in. I.e. The higher the tier the better the rewards.

When I go to set a gather queue and just send out troops to the resource spot, sometimes heroes end up getting sent when I didn't select heroes to go. I just selected enough troops to gather the spot. Then when I go to host a rally I lose because the heroes are dispatched to a resource spot, but I never dispatched them. One other player in my alliance says it happens to them, anyone else?

yes, from time to time the wrong troop form is sent and I only realize it after I lose the next rally.

I am not using a troop form, I am just clicking quick select and dispatch. I don't touch my formations nor do I hit recommend heroes. Still it sends them out.

The heroes being sent usually happens after you have been in arena or done a ruin challenge that uses heroes. Whenever I have seen them pop up to gather without me selecting them that is what I was doing

Because you didn’t pay for the subscription that gives the gathering boost. That is why it is green and separate. That isnt the pit gathering speed, it is a personal gathering boost.
