All be aware this has happen to two other of my alliance members another incident happen today where the troops just disappeared. I am still in talks with CS on a ticket and facebook. Just wanted you all to know to take pictures of this starts to spread. We are in s97 and looks to not being an isolated incident. It seems to happen when attacking another player the troops hit and the hit is registered but the troops never make it back home to register they have returned and just vanish from your inventory per say.

Alliance Treasury issue:
Has any other leader found this?

I sent out the allotment of Treasury boxes to my alliance members in contribution order as usual yesterday. Some hours later was asked by one of the top ranking contibuters (3rd in order), why I hadn't allotted them a Golden Box award.
Now I know I've got big thumbs and all, but I most certainly did not omit a justly earned award to this member. I play no favourites and from time to time will reward a member with my Golden Box, for oustanding efforts in our Alliance (or something along that line).
Thinking about this a little later on my way to work, I now am positive that I could not have missed the member, as everytime an award box is depleted, the list refreshs to the top and I would for sure had caught something like this. 4 boxes to allot to my members, would mean 4 times I'd have to deliberately exclude this member.
This exact same thing must have happened to another member, approximately 2 months ago. When I was asked politely why I had excluded them from, again, a justly deserved Golden Box.
Where, whom do I raise this issue with?

Yup. This happened to me and another R4 3 weeks in a row. Chances are they were in Nukaland when you sent out the prizes. I always do Nuka at the same time every event, right after reset. I found that I got the box the one week I chose not to participate in nuka. Brought it up to my R5 and she made sure to never hand out the boxes again during a nuka time slot

Ok, mates. So, conversion of Nian packets into Jester coins is very complex and may cause additional collapses. Those players, who have spent more than 120 stamina on 'wrong' Jesters are kindly asked to submit an additional ticket to CS about it, with proofs of it (like a series of screenshots). Those cases will be resolved individually. Sorry for asking to do some additional job, but that should help.
Those who have spent less than 120 Stamina, the compensation already given covers that expenses plus you keep all food, goo and crates from those Jesters. Though bad emotions are hard to compensate anyway...

Not sure if I am posting this in the right channel so forgive me. I am curious is there any other way to contact P&S other than FB and the in game CS? They have confirmed that I did not lose my 465,600 T10 riders and that they just vanished. However they will not replace them and keep giving me the run around reason why.

This has gone on far to long and they have proven that my statements are true and this wasn’t some sort of scam and the event actually happen. Is there an email or some other place I can send to? I will be contacting apple today, as I am over this craziness but I wanted to reach out and let PnS upper management if that even exists and advise them of the Support I got and the outcome which was they can can prove I am in the right and but they won’t correct it or own up to their own mistake.

Customer service in this game continues to be trash, refusing to admit to bugs with their programming. Latest one for me on a rider build - all my rider gear at max for level until I promote, so I put ONE piece of 1* gear material into the jacket for daily quest. A week ago, do the same thing I’ve been doing every day, and it doesn’t just add 10 points to the enhance meter, it sends the gear from +7 to maxed out for level at +11, using thousands of gear material in the process.

37games refuses to acknowledge the error, refuses to reset the gear, refuses to return the gear material. Par for the course - buyer beware.

Concerning people who no longer have the gift box (so holders of Iphone or Ipad). All you have to do is send a ticket explaining that you couldn't use the code and if I understand correctly, they will arrange to send you something. And for information, in fact the code violated a rule or other at Apple if I understood correctly.

Hey guys. I was bidding in the auction. So I bid in the Last 2 sec but suddenly the game got laggy and the game automatically bid to the refreshed weapon.. the problem is.. the bid is doubled than normal (54k Dias).. somebody can help me to solve this problem?

The extra Radars (common/uncommon) are like enhancement pieces for the rare, epic, Apex weapons/radars

You should be enhancing the rare and uncommon weapons with the duplicates....

Any radar that adds 100+ to your heroes stats...is a good one to attach untill you get a weapon to replace

You have too much Serum in Heroes that are not your starting 5....

Choose a Starting 5
Suggestion: Requiem, Mars, Scarlett, Fox, Ephriam (or obsidian)

Wh0 ever is not in Starting 5 gets reset... Put to 131 for unlocked troops skills and give leftover serum to starting 5 (lowest HP first)

Once you get into Hero Glory...that will force you to focus on the next 5 and so on
