I consider this a bug. This was a major point to running through the event and I would regularly spend a lot of diamonds on it. No more if this is what the new format is. It’s no longer worth doing it. The 120 stam cans made sense for other events.

This screws up your f2p players more than ever and starts putting them off playing. Combine this move with making it so hard to get skins, and you’re going to start losing players.

And this was a change made without telling anyone so also technically flagging it is technically reporting a bug. Do we know that it was an intended change? No, as nothing appears to have been mentioned anywhere.

Actually. A bug is unintended or unexpected problems cause by the programming and unexplained by the devs.

The changes to the rewards in scorched mines was intentional by the devs since it was a blatant replacement. Just that players disagreed with the change. Just because it wasn’t announced it also doesn’t mean it’s a bug.

If the icon displayed was stam and if selected the players received P2s instead…that would then be considered a bug.

No you weren’t. You were attacked before you shielded. You shielded after. And the fire is still going because you were attacked a few times. Unless you have battle reports proving you were attacked while shielded, all of those reports would be from after you popped your shield.

I open the game, get Amber telling me some stuff, and an invite from an alliance at the same time. I can clear the message from fox, but not the alliance invite. The app isn't frozen because I can see animations going on. I can't get past this point. The buttons to cancel or accept dont work.

So I boosted 2 chips to 3% and 30% troop defense so does that make it a total of 6% for each and 60% troop defense. Either way 5 lairs same people in it and not ONE FRIGGING PRECENT DIFFERENCE. are these tested on anything or is your developers blatant disregard for shooters that bad

DEF boost only helps with decreasing casualties. Percentage usually can be increased by adding more ATK or troop size

and it's also getting harder with every lair level. Need a lot to upgrade to have some progress on 39+ lairs

For one, troop stats haven't been as important as straight unit stats ( in lairs), second, I never heard def making a big impact. And third, a lvl 43 lair has 1,8m enemies. 1% is 18000 extra kills. That's a lot.

That’s not true at all. The only stats lairs have are troop stats. I couldn’t go to the next lair level without increasing my troop stats above the lair’s stats. The higher you go in lairs, the more important troop stats become.

Not sure this is a bug, but it's definitely broken... when I run a lair with shooter line up, ephraim doesn't activate. I understand only 4 heros activate, but with fighter or rider rallys I can set it up to be a 4* hero that doesn't activate. With shooters it's always ephraim... which is a real issue trying to advance in lairs. On a 31 I'm hitting 65%, but I'm hitting a 32 at 33%.... help!!🥺

Yeah using 5 shooter heroes won’t work. If you add a fighter or rider hero. Also won’t work UNLESS you add 100-500 fighter or riders to your rally

Zombie lairs will always respawn within a certain distance of the original lair. You cannot get rid of them all. Just work around them.

Lol. A few wk ago my fighters hit a lair. I saw the light telling me it had bee defeated, but it was still there. I had to check the log to make sure my eyes weren’t being deceived.
The stupid thing moved ahead one square! I hit it again and it moved back where it was. Think the third time was the charm.

Was something changed with the amount of enhancement boost you would receive when promoting gears with this last update? In the past, if I had a level 23 8* mod, and promote it to 9*, it would take me 90% to level 24. Now it does not seem to give any enhancement boost. Bug or intended change?

If you look at the second picture. Zero Enchaning on the sheild. So prior to promoting it didn’t have enough Enchaning to push all the way through 24. So you fell short. If you look at the blue bar on the shield yoh will notice you all lost made it

Sometimes- might as well try if you’ve tried everything else. will it load the screen where you have the fix screen button in the top right corner? try clicking that a few times (just giving you general troubleshooting) cause failing all of that - CS is the next option. You’d have to submit a ticket to CS (can be via email or fb msgr) but CS have a minimum 24hr turnaround

Has anyone every address or attempted to address the march speed of fighters vs shooters? Based on the their respective base stats, shooters are suppose to be slightly faster marchers than fighters, yet when they are actually deployed, their march times are the same

few things about this game.....

The CS -
Completely useless/worthless. You send a request, a message, even just information, with a screenshot, the message they reply with will ask for screenshots. Worst CS I have ever seen. Have never helped in any situation.

Upgrades, upgrades and upgrades -
How can someone continuously upgrade, to the effect of over 200% att on troop and 200% att on biker, yet get weaker in the same damn level lair? Not once, but over and over and over again? The game is rigged to screw people over.

The rss -
Having a farm is barely worth it. If you attack your farm, the game takes 29-33% of the resources. Even more than tax from alliance members. Furthermore, that 29-33% is taken out of every attack you make on any player. You will never get the amount that is available to be plundered.

CS will request screenshots of a scout, every attack, final scout, your previous rss balance and balance afterwards, and still tell you, that you spent the rss on something else.

No proof is good enough that their in game coding is absolute garbage. The are so worried about how to get another buck, that they refuse to own up to or fix the mechanics and mistakes within the game.

You can try the fix game button. If that doesn’t work, try turning airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then turning it off and opening the game again. If that doesn’t work, you can try using a VPN and changing your IP address. If that doesn’t work, try restarting your phone. And if that doesn’t work, make sure your account is bound first and you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Best defense is to deploy a 2 hour shield before you March. That way, if one of them is occupied, you’ll bounce off and return home.

Everyone please be careful while attacking zombies right now. There seems to be a glitch or bug where you have a chance for your wounded troops to disappear as if they were killed (they never show in infirmary and your max troop for that tier reflects the loss). Normally a load of T1 Taxis cuts heals. But then every now and then for no reason I can discern - the cars just blow up. It used to only happen to some fighters and we figured out removing Meyers fixed the issue (which also why??). But he’s a rider. No meyers (and no other heros sent)

Because the other single troops that are sent still factor into the injured costs. 1 person sending full cars wont offset the damage of a single bad troop being sent. You need to ask every single person to send full cars, or it will not consistently work.

See, I considered that when we were trying to figure out why fighters blew up (we considered nanos, troops sent, you name it), but going through the log (we've been doing this for a while) we've had every type of troop sent over the course of time to burns without blowing it up - but then it just does? Unless the combination of troops sent has to be very specific - in which case again - why?

Some of it is the troop tier sent as support. At a certain level a lower tier troop can become a significant problem for the lead.
It is almost certainly the t8 rider sent to support a full t10 rider led march. Riders hurt riders.

We’ve had all range of troops and never really bothered to watch closely because it’s never mattered. That’s what’s blowing my mind. We can test more. But I literally haven’t found rhyme or reason to it.

In part because the player’s individual stats matter to some extent.
I’m a t9 shooter. Some of the players in my alliance can send my full t9 shooters and help. Some send me full t9 shooters and I have to hire extra nurses to deal with my infirmary.
I know it isnt exactly what you want to hear though. In #💡help・hints there are a couple simple charts that give some general guidance on what will best reduce injuries and improve overall lair results.
The super simple version is:
Fighter - don’t send fighters
Rider - send shooters
Shooter - send cars
Cars - Send more cars 🤣

@raw nacelle there is a term we called "overkill" which happens sometimes when fighter or rider is a leader of rally. When they win a lair with 76%+ and there were many low tier troops (or weak) in rally they increase casualties a lot.

Really don't want to spam this channel with all my shenanigans - but we've had lower tier troops than what exploded without - well - explosions. I asked him if he would prefer we change up the way we do rallies or just let me 'guinea pig' him to analyze which troops are included when they explode because we've not looked too closely at troops type since he's never exploded before, and he chose the latter. Lucky to be part of an alliance that indulges my shenanigans. Of the 2 I've seen explode, 1 had some t8 riders, ok, but the other only had 1 t7 rider (we've had lower with no issue) - but also had someone send heros which included meyers (and why does meyers make some fighters explode???) ... we have some SUPER smalls in our alliance that have sent t5/t6 though with NO issue. I will just have to test more.

Yeah, it's weird. Which is why I thought it might be a bug. Because between 2 similar rallies we can get 2 different results. I can keep you updated if I find a solution (or likely more questions LOL) if you'd like 🙂 Previously we've only ever seen fighters explode with meat shields and removing Meyers fixes it. I found a work around. I uninstalled Twitter and PNS. Reinstall PNS and login using the in-game login with Twitter credentials. Works okay now.

I dont know if this was already reported so Im just throwing it out there. I just noticed watching my stamina replenish timer, while in the balanced talent tree for increased refill time, the timer hit 0 and took an extra 12 seconds before it gave me the 1 point of stamina. Switched my talents over to economy talent tree, which would add to the refill time per point, and it took 22 seconds after the timer hit 0 to apply the 1 point. So it seems like the increase replenish talents work but since it takes longer than what the clock states Im thinking the same skill in the research center is bugged and no applying properly? Shows the clock right but isnt giving it when its supposed to

I was hoping there was an alternative to deleting the twitter app, as the default option is very tedious with more than one twitter account (but it avoids the random authentication fails the twitter app always had). Log out and in to twitter 😫

@rustic moon if you have no twitter app installed, you can still switch to a twitter bound account, i think there is a twitter api implementation in PnS which is used in that case. However that only supports a single twitter account at a time. You have to sign out and log in with your credentials to switch between twitter accounts. And various error states are not supported. But aside from that, it is much more reliable than using the twitter app

What you see here is me clicking the DOA boss before it spawns and I continue clicking even as teammates pass over.

This is the way it has been for over a year. During DOA events we were not able to select a teammates march. But if another alliance passed by (say gathering) that was selectable (and annoying).

If you’ve never had this and have always had obstacles. You must be very patient and forgiving 🤣

I’ve just found that Purchasing the Advanced Supply Kit / Noah Pass does not register as ‘Gain Diamonds Via Packs’ in TWD Make Ammo. Since I just bought it an hour ago specifically since my accumulated 21 Supply Kit levels would generate 3200 Diamonds, I’m a bit chuffed. I found at least one other Alliance mate had had the same experience, so, along with a bug report in CS Help , I’m mentioning it here so others might see. It’s the only infilled quest in Make Ammo, and the implications that the Supply Kit Noah Pass might not also be a ‘Pack’ is, to be polite, transactionally disappointing. My hope is that PNS can/will get this fixed. Purchases are packs, y’all got my money. I want my special pixels please.

I don’t know where the rules about this are located. I do, however, know that for anything that says gain diamonds via packs it means what is in the ss. It means the diamonds from the packs which go directly into those you can immediately spend without bringing them out of your bag first.
The only time this is different, and it may have changed, is buying Scarlett packs from event Center during Doomfest.

I can’t see who else you’ve got in you’re line up, my screen’s too small, but take out a 4* and out in a 5 star troop hero from riders or shooters. This should help.
Word of warning though, don’t use more than two troop heroes, I’ve found it lowers the results.

Unfortunately when using 5 heroes of the same unit type, the tactical of one of them does not fire. This is by design, so not a bug.

Not sure if this counts as bug or feature: When I send mail, there is a subject box, and a message box. When I receive mail, there is just a message. No subject box. I can see this in particular since I send out a daily Alliance Mail with reminders and events, and the subject line is generally something like 'Alliance Reminder Checklist Todays-Date' And then it pops into my inbox as Alliance Mail, and there's no Subject Header, just the message. Same with swapping player mail. In Player Mail, rather than a sent header, you get the State/Alliance/Name info for the sender, but not the subject/header. Inside, You get the message, no subject header. In Zombie Lair Mail, I can see a white text line with location, green line with details about who ran the lair. Player/Alliance Mail just has the alliance/player tag in white, no green line. Could the devs look into passing the subject field along to the recipient?

Another one unclear whether semantics or bug. In the last Dead Rising, I had status mail from people I was defending saying I’d lost 6 times, and the zombies would stop attacking after I’d lost 2 times. This was from reinforcing an ally. Up top, if the zombies stop after two, how did it get to six? Friday m a practical standpoint, the loss number is the big decider on whether to pull the reinforcement and send to someone still fighting, whether my own sanctuary or that of an ally. If the six (in this case) losses is the total spread across everyone I’m defending, it’s not clear what possible use that number has, particularly if it were to prompt me to quit defending myself because no more zombies should be coming. In any case, my suggested fix or adjustment is that the total losses for a DOA report be specifically and only for the person being defended, with the number then being 0, 1,or 2. That should allow a clear decision to hold, boost reinforcement, or withdraw. Or if a total like six has some guiding value, my apologies and could you redirect me to a discussion of what that might be, cuz it’s not clear from here.

It’s a bummer as it shows you can get a lot more chewed up than implied by the message. If Only those dire warning about how the Zombies are getting smarter, as if they could think, could extend to reading the updated ‘do not attack’ memo from the Z event planner. Sigh. Certain letter combinations will result in a “censorship” that forces it into lowercase and then everything else as well. So likely an alliance tag did it.

Like LMAO will always be lmao and I think it’s because of Mao but not entirely sure.

When you claim the feast sign in you are supposed to receive
3m speed-up
2 mark of glory
300 nova econ gems
300 nova mil gems

But you only get the speed-up and mark of glory

You have to change it in your device settings.
I play with My stereo in the car, and buds elsewhere. Since I changed my settings it no longer stops.
It’s been a while, but I think I simply had to turn on background app refresh for Apple Music to get my music to play with the game going on as well.

One of my alliance members has had trouble with his heroes ever since that weird maintenance/downtime during the previous DOA event. His heroes are permanently marked as being used even though he has no marches out at all is there anything he can do about it? He tried contacting CS with a help ticket but the person who responded didn't see or didn't understand what was wrong with his complaint.

You mean just the flag showing they are used somewhere? Wall heroes always have a flag on them, but you can still use them in your marches etc.

They are greyed out and has flags on them, he has been unable to use the 5 heroes since the maintenance. Even if he has no marches out and he wants attack a zombie lair it shows as the heroes are in use.

My wall heroes never have flags on them. They only ever have flags when they're out somewhere.
