android RA, you can manually update the cfg to turn on BFI. i have it turned on my phone and tablet for retro gaming, takes a bit of tweaking to make it behave properly. a big part of it being disabled was people were noticing imagine retention and thought the feature was permanently damaging their screens. really only affected certain 120hz LCD screens though, and oleds in general should be immune.

1. no it wouldnt even the ayaneo 2s battery at 50w is only half the maximum you can ship, the one in this is around 33w.
2. Even bumping up to 10k would add only 10-15g of weight
3. This thing only weighs 478g, its the x86 variants that weigh over 600 around 660g

I do recommend the s9, the dpad on my pre production unit is a little wonky so I hop they fix that. But the ergonomics and joysticks are top notch. And no modding to fit the y700

Gonna be something like this, and i had to shift my pinky to stablize with one hand. Needless to say, itll be fine. I just hope the new posistion means bigger speakers.

I'm holding my geek 1s right now. It's not in a bad spot for me on there and its very similar positioning. I would never curl my fingers around that way even if my pinky could.

I know my hands are smaller but the grips really arent designed to be held the way everyone is saying.

I just don't understand Arthur's reasoning to not have front facing speakers , he knows a lot of owners are not happy with placement and still refuses to even try to make what people actually want especially on a supposedly "premium" brand . If AYN can put them on the Mini/RP5 there us no reason why they can't do the same .
I actually cancelled my order because of the new design like @errant estuary said I usually play laying in bed with my handhelds resting on a pillow and now not only will it be muffled by a pillow but also buy your hands .
Really hope whatever AYN is working on for for the Odin 3 or Odin 2+makes a similar design ( 7" OLED , big offset sticks )

For instance, i had a next lite fail on me a few weeks ago and i have only received notification that I am receiving a replacement. That took 7 emails back and forth over nearly 3 weeks.

It is complicated by then being in a different time zone and the fact they often have to translate emails.

i decided to go with the lenovo y700, since it better suits my playstyle

The mini will probably have a glass cracking issues, some of those bridges are really narrow. If they aren't very well supported they'll be susceptible to pressure. Not really relavent to a device this big tho
